1.4.1 The putrefaction time depends on the type of vegetable or fruit due to its hardness and resistance. In general, it can be considered that the food is in optimal conditions the first week. After this time certain foods begin to break down, such as carrots, while others break down in weeks 2 - 3. After the third week it is not recommended to sell those foods. The ripening speed does not differ between treated foods and natural foods. RottRionttgintg itmimeess 10

1.5.1 All products will be kept in cool and dry places so that they do not have contact with factors that affect their maintenance. In turn, they will not have absolute contact with users. 1.5.2 All products will be kept in spaces that provide shade for them and protection against insects and pests. 1.5.3 The products will be located at a comfortable distance for the seller and assistant so that they can be handled quickly and efficiently. 1.5.4 The location and storage of the products will depend on the fragility of the product against transport and handling damage. 1.5.5 Storage of dry grains: being resistant foods, they can be located at the bottom of the shelves, since they need completely dry places that avoid any contact with pests or insects. 1.5.6 Storage of tubers: this type of food can be located at the bottom of the shelves as they are resistant to movement during the transport or handling of products. 1.5.7 Vegetable storage: vegetables will be placed on the top of the shelves since they must be absolutely careful against knocks or dents. In turn, they must be kept away from agents such as humidity and high temperatures. Containers of this type of food will not be covered for better preservation. 1.5.8 Fruit storage: Fruits will be stored in a place separate from vegetables and dry grains to avoid contamination. They will also be located according to their resistance. Large, hardy fruits will be located on the lower shelves. While, delicate fruits such as berries will be placed on the upper shelves to avoid their dents. StoragSetoarnagde caondnscoenrsveravattiioonn

The Buses

2.1 First we'll need to identify the areas that need the service. These areas are places away from supermarkets, which means  far from the red points. Your supermarket on wheels will stock up on food at the yellow points, which are wholesale markets, then you will be ready to work! RouRtoeutme maappss

The containers

3.1 We designed a low cost recycled food container made by pallets, easy to manufacture and quick to build. 3.2 The manual will tell you step by step how to make your own containers, which can be adapted to any means of transport you have. 3.3 How much food can you take in a box? For example, in each box fits hundred sixty tomatoes; in small transports, ten boxes, in medium fifteen and in large thirty. Which means that with a small supermarket you can supply sixty people and with a large, one hundred and eighty! DeDseisgignn 26
