I was born and bought up in a traditionally conservative family in Kanpur, U.P. Being the eldest of all my sisters, I had to strive for the quest for schooling which landed me at Mariumpur Senior Secondary School. I realised my passion quite early when I started teaching tuition whilst I was a 11th standard student. While I was a 1st year graduation student, my teaching experience bagged me, my first job as a teacher. The road to my passion was chalked out. Thereafter, I pursued my B.Ed. and MBA after I was happily engaged in matrimonial ties. Knowingly-unknowingly, my M.A. in Psychology has been a boon throughout my service. The essence of a teacher lies not in what is delivered through the books but through influence triggered by the teacher whereby the student strives to mould oneself in the cast of their teacher. I have carried this technique as an educator at institutions like G.D. Goenka Public School at Agra, Dr Virendra Swarup Educational Foundation and presently at LIPS. Since almost a decade, I have successfully infused this technique in all the teachers under my guidance. I highly encourage students for sports by which I became an Advisory Member of the Sports Academy Association of India. I am also a member of the Education Quality Foundation of India (EQFI). That apart, I wrote and directed a short movie \"Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo\" which was selected to be screened at the Agra Mahotsava. I have been humbled several times with accolades for my service as an educator especially with the Avantika Atal Bihari Bajpai Samman-2018, Best Principal at India’s Business Conclave-2019, School Excellence Leadership Award-2018 by the International United Educationist’s Fraternity (IUEF), The Inspiring Educator Award for ‘initiative and invaluable contributions in reinventing schools for all round development of students’, among other. I was also honoured as the ‘Dynamic Principal’ by the International United Educationist’s Fraternity and the Award for ‘Innovative Learning Practices’ at Bhuwneshwar Edu summit Ceremony. However, might of these accolades came as a challenge to me when the country flipped with the unprecedented strike of SARS-CoV19 pandemic. These were desperate times that required desperate measures and needed innovative techniques via which education system had to be LIPS, in just 3 years received the Award for \"Adopting the best innovative school practices & being the best hi-tech school\" by Centre for Education & Development, Delhi. I am glad to share the innovative school practices that I have implemented in this pandemic. Some of these are:  Teaching through Augmented Reality Technique: By far the best tool that I was able to introduce in learning practices among the students. The augmented reality creates 3-dimensional pictures of objects allowing a visual and tangible mode where students can almost feel whatever is being taught to them. Under my supervision, Lucknow International Public School (LIPS) was the first school in the Lucknow city to introduce this teaching methodology which has been adopted by several institutions.

 Teaching through Smart-Board: This practice makes the teaching experience and course content interactive and visual. With the use of dynamic multimedia content, teachers can convey the topic effectively making it a visual and engaging experience.  Game based learning: Playful learning lasts more than textbook learning. Through this method certain online applications allow students to learn while they play online games.  Teaching through Cloud Computing: Through cloud computing, teachers upload vital course contents on online ‘Drives’ so that students can access classroom content at any time they wish to do so.
