The Organization 01 The Blue Ridge B Homeowners’ Association Inc. (BRBHAI) is a BRB non-profit legal entity, created by the residents of Blue Ridge HAI Subdivision, Area B, with authority to enforce covenants, conditions, and restrictions for the purposeof managing and governing the needs and concerns of the residents of the community.
