Farm to Table August 28, 2021 A Farm to Tailgate Experience To preserve and protect our natural and historic heritage

Thank you for joining us! We hope you enjoyed exploring Russell-Mandel Preserve on such a beautiful summer evening. Its rolling farmland and historic farmhouse, barn, and cottage exemplify our dual mission of protecting open spaces and historic places. While the property illustrates our mission, Farm to Table represents our mission in action. By dining on the bounty of our local farms, you experienced firsthand the importance of protecting our lands. It was wonderful to gather again in person with so many of you for this year’s Farm to Tailgate event. Your shared passion for preserving and protecting our natural and historic heritage is inspiring! Your continued support of Heritage Conservancy will help to protect the beautiful landscapes that our community and future generations will continue to enjoy forever. The photos and listed event partners in this booklet show how it takes a community to make conservation happen! The Staff of Heritage Conservancy P.S. If you didn't make it to this year's Farm to Table, we hope to see you next year. 2

Please consider supporting Heritage Conservancy’s on-going preservation efforts! Each year, we rely on our Farm to Table fundraising event to raise the critical funds needed to continue permanently protecting the significant natural and historic resources throughout our community. Last year, while COVID-19 kept us from gathering in person, so many of you remained steadfast in your support and contributed to the important cause. You helped to raise almost $85,000, keeping Heritage Conservancy sustainable, even through a pandemic. By the end of 2020, nine properties totaling 380 acres were preserved! This year, Heritage Conservancy has already preserved four properties encompassing approximately 105 acres, and we plan to preserve an additional seven properties totaling over 230 acres before the start of 2022. Your continued support can help to make this happen. Text F2T to 50155 to make a donation to our mission, or contact Emily Bonavitacola: [email protected] 215-345-7020 ext. 107. 25
