NECHA BULLETIN NORTH EASTERN COMMUNITY HEALTH ASSOCIATION (NECHA) BHOLA BABA PATH, HOUSE NO. 2, SIX MILE, GUWAHATI - 781022, ASSAM VOL. I, NO. III JULY, 2020 Director's message CURATIVE HEALTH In the N.E. Region of India, most of the PREVENTIVE HEALTH people in the villages are hardworking. People in the villages cultivate and produce their own rice, vegetables, and other essential commodities for their families. Habits of drinking, smoking, chewing tobacco products are unhealthy. Such people cannot relish their food fully and suffer from various ailments. Most of the youth do not chew tobacco or habit of drinking. They concentrate their attention on their study or employment. They relish and enjoy their food fully. There are some people who imitate the others especially in their food and drinking habits. It is our wish and prayer that the youth of present day do not imitate the drinking, chewing and such other habits of others. Please be on your creative thinking and responsible for building up your own future. Give attention to exercises, body building, disciplining your minds and sound spirituality.
