1. EDITORS DESK Hurray, Hurray! Holi Holi – Day… A holiday and vacation is the best time for one to relax, rejuvenate and recreate new things with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. As we all know the same old saying of a diamond, which also needs some polishing to shine, so these holidays one should know self introspect and enhance the skills to shine as bright as a diamond. It doesn't matter where we live and how we live, whether we have cooler days right now or not —we can all use a change of scenery from time to time. And that's why the demand for vacation was invented. Summertime is a song, a season. I wonder if that season would ever live within me making many memories of fun-filled, observing, and hands-on experiential learning. As I am talking about the theme holiday, I remember my childhood which was all time planned summer vacation to south India and as I rethink the days I spent traveling by train I recall how my parents would do the packing – traveling and reaching our destination safely without any confusion. I also ponder upon my memories of holding a book In my hand and writing all the names of stations that pass by, collecting the tickets, creating a scrapbook as a part of our school project, and again doing a role-play of a ticket collector or using the same as a replica of money, creating shops of our own, selling our chocolates, making kulfi with cousins, mesmerizing mango shakes, Melony kababs and many other games which really made our minds to work in motion and act smart as we do the mental mathematic without any book and learn the vocabulary as we read the hoarding of the place which we visit and creating craft with the vegetable and fruit waste is one of the most lovable things and I cherish those wonderful moments as I share it with you all. As you go through the newsletter you will find many such interesting stories which will inspire you to become a better person. “SCHOOLS OUT, SUMMERS IN. LET THE DRAMA STOP AND THE FUN BEGIN”. HAPPY HOLIDAYS … Vijaya Darshini Editor

Principal’s Address HURRAY- HURRAY HOLI HOLI – DAY Yay! Holidays are here, they are thrilling and fun, pack your bags, get set go! For me vacations are stress busters, they relieve stress and boredom, I have made several sweet memories during my vacations, and packing my bags is what I enjoy the most, remember to carry bags with casuals that you can carry with ease. Take the necessary clothes, a hat, an umbrella, some shades, and comfy shoes. Take a lot of pictures and store them for a long and when you are bored peep into them and re-live those moments. Penned a poem from my heart : 1. Vacay mode is on Hey! Come along Rejoice the holidays are gone. 2. The sun is quasi Ah! Here comes dawn Let’s sing a song. 3. Switch your cam on Zoom in and zoom out To capture all the fun. 4. Lie down on the lawn Before the day is gone Let by gone’s be by gone’s.

PICNIC TIME – TO BEAT THE SCORCHING HEAT The senior secondary students of Pallavi Model School, Alwal visited Wild Waters, Shankerpally to beat the scorching heat and to calm their minds before the start of tests. Students were accompanied by the teachers on buses and had the best time singing and dancing. The amusement park had water rides as well as dry rides. From Disco Tagada to the Pendulum students enjoyed it all. The water rides were calming to the soul. We also set back our fears and went for high-scary rides. After the boys had their time with water rides and the girls with dry rides we had our lunch break. We all enjoyed the relishing lunch together and switched back to rides. The giant wheel shows us the glamorous view of the whole park as we reach the top. As we were coming to the end we took a lot of pictures of this beautiful memory. Even while traveling back we had so much fun. It is a day that none of us will forget. We had created memories that last forever. We are really grateful to the principal Ms.Sunir Nagi and the Vice Principal Ms. Vidya Rao for taking us for an outing that we will never ever forget.
