INTRODUCTIONWelcome to the Williams House.This Custom home was made fora family of Three with eachdistinct characteristic reflectedin the Williams House. Theoverall make of this house wasto accommodate this families’interests.

PLENTY OF SPACE TOENTERTAINThe Williams House was madeto Provide space to entertain asthis was a main point of interestof the family. With a beautifulgarden and patio it leaves guestin awe as they are led to theopen field to enjoy variousactivities.

FIRST FLOOR The first floor begins with the foyer which showcases the grand stairs, past the stairs is the open concept Kitchen and Living area which leads to the patio and backyard. The Office is located at the north region of the house and the art studio is located at the east region of the house.SECOND FLOORUp stairs is the upper den areawhich branches off into themaster quarters and the child’sroom along with the guest roomdown the hallway.

INTERIOR SPACE:KITCHENLocated at the west region ofthe home is a beautiful kitchen,toped with the latest amenities.Quartz countertops, stainlesssteel convection oven andstainless steel refrigerator withoptimum capacity, Luxurylighting as well as a patternedtile floor. INTERIOR SPACE: LIVING AREA The Living area provides the family with a neat cozy spot to socialize and enjoy company. The space is well lit and creates contrast between light walls and the dark color hardwood floor.

UPPER ROOMSUp the winding Grand stairs isthe upper den where the familyis free to do work or sit andrelax. Three rooms branch fromthe upper den. The Masterbedroom, the secondary roomand the guest room. the sublimeselection of materials bringseach room to life

INTERIOR SPACE:OFFICE & STUDIOThe two adults have hobbiesthat the Williams houseprovides areas for. Firstly, theOffice space that lets in a largeamount of light due to the largewindow and enough space notto feel cramped. Secondly theArt studio and the views of allthe trees planted around thehouse to further inspiration allcarefully thought through to theneeds of the owners.
