A ship is a vehicle for transporting passengers and goods at sea like a canoe or smaller boat. Boats are usually large enough to carry small boats such as lifeboats. Whereas in English terms, it is separated between a larger ship and a smaller boat. Usually a ship can carry a boat but a boat can't carry a boat. The actual size at which a Boat is called a Vessel is always determined by local laws and regulations orcustoms. For centuries, ships have been used by humans to navigate rivers or oceans, beginning with the invention of boats. Usually humans in the past used canoes, rafts or boats, the greater the need for loading capacity, larger boats or rafts were made called ships.
