Online Mock Examination Guidelines for Students Procedure to scan & Upload answer through Laptop / Desktop If student writing exam on computer or laptop and want to use ‘Upload Scanned Answer File’ functionality then please follow following instruction. For this you need to write answers on paper first then take pictures of that using mobile. After taking pictures you have 2 options to transfer files to Laptop / Computer as mention below. Note that while doing following procedure you will get prompted for warning in between exam so requested you If want to upload multiple question answers please do this procedure once in between exam to avoid termination. 1. USB Cable  Just plug your phone into any open USB port on the computer, then turn on your phone's screen and unlock the device.  Swipe your finger down from the top of the screen, and you should see a notification about the current USB connection. At this point, it'll probably tell you your phone is connected only for charging.  Tap the notification and select \"Transfer files\" or \"File transfer\" in the menu that appears, you could also use the \"Transfer photos\" (sometimes listed as \"PTP\") option which will treat your phone like a digital camera. Once you've made your selection, go to your desktop and open up a File Explorer window using the method that makes the most sense for your Windows configuration. Page No : 1

 Then look for an icon representing your phone alongside other portable devices and drives. Click or double-click that icon. You're staring at your Android phone's internal storage. You can now click around and browse folders, drag and drop files between your phone and PC 2. Bluetooth (If your laptop is Bluetooth compatible) Enable Bluetooth on your smart phone. On your Windows 10 or latest device PC, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth. When your device appears the Bluetooth window, click it then click Pair. UPDATE: Note that if you are using Windows 10 Creators Update or later, the steps may be a bit different. Instead, there will be an “Add Bluetooth or other device” button that opens a wizard. Once you select your device to pair, you’ll be shown a pass code. Click yes to confirm the pass code matches on both the phone and the computer. Wait a few seconds while both devices are paired. Now that you have Bluetooth setup, the next task is to share files. Let’s try sharing files from our phone. Please note, the procedures will vary depending on the operating system. Select the files you want to share, then click the Share hub icon then click Bluetooth. Choose the paired device you would like to share your files with and wait while the files are sent. Procedure to scan & Upload answer through Mobile If student writing exam on a mobile browser and want to use ‘Upload Scanned Answer File’ functionality then please follow following instruction. - Once you click on ‘Upload Scanned Answer File' - following screen will open up. - Click on \"Choose Files\" button. On clicking on the same , following screen will appear. Just click on \"Camera\" option from the options shown Page No : 3

- Your phone 'Camera' will get activated. Using the same please take a picture of the page on which you have written the answer. Then click on 'OK' OR \"√ \" - Now, the \"Upload File\" button will turn green - click on the same and complete the upload. *************************************XX****************************************************** Page No : 4
