Methods: we conducted the instruction media by using an animation which is a modern technology to enhance the environment as enjoy learning and easy understanding for the nursing students. This innovation has integrated a traditional identities of the southern and northern regions of Thailand to represent a sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system. Results: This study reveal that the nursing students have a thinking process and imagination. This could increase their knowledge and comprehensive skill by utilizing a modern technology to support their learning outcome which is essential to improve the educational system in twenty first century. Conclusion: The study suggest that currently nursing education have to be integrating the technology with all related factors such as social context and culture in relation to promote the competency which is significantly to improve a nursing profession in the future.
