The Journey For many years, MANAGE students have been involved in social welfare activities. There have been several instances where students have gone to a nearby school on weekends to teach computer to small children. Students have been involved in plan- tation activities and have helped each other in times of crisis since the beginning, but in the year 2020, the need to serve society in an organised and consistent man- ner became apparent, and a group of four students from batch 2019-21, namely Al- luri Ajay Varma, Pallavi Pawar, Renupriya Shanmugam, and Shanmuka Sai Bangari, formed a union to work for all those in need. This union was later renamed MANSAR (MANAGE social responsibility club). Since then, this club has served as a instrument for students to work toward a better soci- ety not only during their time on campus, but also throughout their lives.

PROGRESS Time has got all its twists and turns and consistent efforts are what that transforms average into excellence, resulting in the epitome of progress.  Spreading your wings for a loftier flight will touch not just oys- ters but the pearls of kindness hidden deep in each of us. The candied novelties of our self-contemplation surging towards society and people are the hallmark of the progress we have gone through in different phases of life. Necessity is upon you, while you live, while you may, become good.

EVENTS & ACTIVITIES THANKSGIVING DAY The thanksgiving day is practiced to instil a sense of gratitude towards all the good things that we have been blessed with. This day is celebrated after the placements with a motive of imbibing the feeling of gratitude in the outgoing students so that they continue being attached towards the well being of the society. It is also done to recognize the value of workers who work day in and out for us.

26 Planting a garden means ME believing in Tomorrow! AND Every year, the MANAGE MY family organizes planta- PLANT tion drives. MANSAR club ensures that plants are protected throughout the year with love and care in all seasons, as well as shar- ing responsibility for future batches. “We have something to look back upon when we come to MANAGE.”

EVENTS & ACTIVITIES Cloth’s donation DONATION DRIVE’S We take part in raising funds for the people in need. The funds are used in places of medical emergency, groceries for needy & education. We also motivate students to donate small snacks which we get during tea break. These snacks are continuously donated in schools & orphanages. Cloth donations are a key part of these donation drives too.

EVENTS & ACTIVITIES WORLD NGO DAY Every year on February 27, we cele- brate World NGO Day by visiting spe- cially abled homes, orphanages, lepro- sy homes, old age homes, and NGOs. Organizing events such as dance, sing- ing, and games, and contributing to their needs is our motive. It is not only about giving, but also about sensitiz- ing ourselves and instilling respon- sibility towards society that is often overlooked. Awareness campaigns We conducted numerous aware- ness campaigns using Social Me- dia as the platform such as mental health, environmental conser- vation, social workers in action, food safety, and so forth.

INITIATIVES 26 THE WALL OF KINDNESS The candied novelties of our self-contemplation surging towards society and people are the hallmark of the progress we have gone through in dif- ferent phases of life. Necessity is upon you, while you live, while you may, become good. There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up. We have not lived today until we have done something for some- one who can never repay us. Donating a smile is small thing for us, but it cheers the needy in an exponentially positive manner. The Sole purpose of our new initiative Wall of Kindness, is not only to fill the emptiness of others but to become aware of the void as we fill it and captivate our Emotional quotient!
