Ade specializes in team development, fostering a knowledge sharing culture, implementing change and management approaches and processes; reinforces key organizational messages and behaviors based on values, promotes capacity building, provide support for leading and developing effective multicultural teams around actual work- based deliverables. He is the Founder of Project54, a non-profit organization designed to train and develop young leaders in Africa to positively impact the world around them; by understanding that the leader is the true servant of all. For individuals who feel they have a calling to leadership, Project54 mentors, equips and provides access to the world's greatest leadership resources. Ade is a passionate results-oriented coach who helps young leaders access their resourcefulness; bringing them out of the ordinary into the extraordinary state. Vision My vision is for Africa to take its place as a leader in the world. The decisions that need to be made to bring Africa to its rightful place on the world stage is going to require a change in the way things are done; which will require a shift in mindset. I see great businesses in Africa crumbling after the 2nd and sometimes third generations, and so I feel our business can benefit from the services of leaders who are trained, who add value and are free to be innovative. I see our religious houses being led by people who shouldn't be leading anything, and yet in the name of the Almighty they trample on people and justify their actions like only poor leaders do. So my vision for Africa is to bring ethical, value-based leadership and capacity development to every level in Africa and across all sectors. This is achievable by equipping, mentoring and providing access to leadership training and workshops across Africa; including round table with private and public sector to affect leadership transformaon. Project54 seeks to partner with such leaders and leadership organization across Africa. We can be contacted at [email protected] 4

It could be in the form of opportunies and challenges presented in the form of market dynamics, the diversies of different geographies that I am associated with, the innovaon in the field I operate in, changing customer expectaons and mulple other internal and external factors. Over and above, my own ongoing evoluon as an individual based on all the connuous learning and feedback, adds a new dimension and perspecve to this journey. In my past 24 years of professional career, of which nearly 13 years has been with Air liquide, I was fortunate to be engaged in mulple operaonal and funconal roles across different geographies. Today my role is to lead the \" Industrial Merchant\" Business Line in Asia Pacific spanning across 13 countries and serving more than 80000 customers. My mission is primarily to transform and create value, thereby delivering a stepchange in employee and customer experience. We are also totally commied to creang a beer future for the future generaons through our commitment to the environment, social causes and promong diversity in a pragmac manner. How do you manage your own expectations to be an inspiration to others: What I diligently attempt to do is to try to create an environment of candid feedback and constant learning, where we are always motivated and constantly driven to outperform ourselves and conditioned to be in a mindset of \"excellence\" and \"continuous improvement\". My recent venture into the world of coaching and mentoring is as a result of this passion & resolve to being able to create a \" personal growth & Learning environment\" where I can contribute to the development of Young leaders in business. Many young people want to be successful is life, What is the meaning of success to you and your advice to them on how to become successful? My and Mehiel Foundaon's shared mission is to tackle the underlying causes of poverty and social injustice in order to deliver lasting change in the lives of underprivileged and vulnerable people. We do this year after year, in 14 countries so far, focusing on 4 core objectives: POVERTY RELIEF, through our food distribution program. SPORT, by organising annual football tournaments for underprivileged youths. CLEAN WATER & SANITATION, by installing water pumps and bio-sand water filtering systems, and EDUCATION, by building, seng up and running schools. How do you manage your own expectations to be an inspiraon to others? I am by far my harshest critic and always strive to be better than yesterday. I live my life as though it is a story to be told to the future generations and won't do anything that I wouldn't like to read in the papers about my life. I set very high standards for myself and equally high expectations through goals. But rather than focusing on the things I am yet to achieve; I focus instead on all the amazing things I have accomplished. November 2021 Onyi Anyado Inspirational Speaker Onyi Anyado is a UK based Global Leadership Speaker, Futurist and Corporate Trainer. From his message of “Cutting Edge Distinction”, Onyi trains and coaches leaders and organisations around the world on how to lead with their creative distinction to the 2030's and beyond. Do you consider your career as a fulfilled story or a timeless initiative? Great question, in fact it's an excellent question. My career which is part of my life story titled “From Detention to Distinction” is a legacy which is timeless but I find fulfilment every day as I progress and cause others to progress too. Tell us something about your mission in the world of business? My mission in business is to cause leaders across the board to locate, leverage and lead with their creative distinction and for leaders to also live their legacy and leave, their legacy. How do you manage your own expectations to be an inspiration to others? My life is to constantly inspire others to become inspirations so it is easily managed. Many young people want to become successful in life, what is the meaning of success to you and what's your advice to them on how to become successful? Success to me simply means living your legacy and leaving, your legacy. My advice to young people is to; (1) Find five things that interest you, (2) Work on your leadership skills by reading, listening and learning from videos, articles, entrepreneurs and leaders online and offline, and (3) Narrow down your five “passions” to two then last but not least, never stop asking questions. Share your message to the world and our readers. “Leadership isn't about age but rather, leadership is about influence, impact and inspiration.” ~ Onyi Anyado. “Disncon in leadership isn't a mindset, disncon in leadership is a state of mind.” ~ Onyi Anyado. 9

Three of the main reasons we are facing a climate crisis are: Humanity's increased use of fossil fuels - such as coal, oil and gas to generate electricity, run cars and other forms of transport, power manufacturing and industries. Deforestaon - because living trees absorb and store carbon dioxide. Increasingly intensive agriculture - which emits greenhouse gases like methane and nitrous oxide. iLead Global Magazine About Us Project54 is a world-class leadership capacity development project designed to provide brilliant and exceptional leadership training to individuals and corporations across all facets in Africa. This project falls under the Leadership Impact Dynamics which is an organization founded by Ade Adeyemi - a behavioral expert and international leadership coach, trainer and speaker. For over 20 years, Ade has sustained a positive track record of helping individuals, companies and governmental entities grow beyond borders through his effective coaching and mentorship programs. When Ade conceived the idea of Project54, his goal was simple yet, dynamic. To create the positive change Africa needs by strategically building leaders across all 54 countries of Africa who will affect transformational growth and development in any industry they find themselves or represent. To achieve this goal, Project54 focuses on equipping young Africans who are honestly passionate about effect- ing positive impact in their industry and communities with the requisite leadership skillset and mindset through FREE workshops, coaching and mentorship. At Project54, consulting is beyond business for us. It's a calling. We are enthusiastic about raising a community of honorable African leaders whose diligent service and lifestyle will set the pace and be a guide for others. This way, we can achieve our goal of raising influential world-class African leaders whose impact will be felt in Africa, and across different generations. We understand that to instill the right leadership attributes in every African, we'll have to start with one person first, before spreading our tentacles. Leaders are so called because they exert influence over others or have a team of followers that they are posi- tively impacting. When one of our Chosen leaders have 54 people on their circle of influence, that person will be enrolled into the John maxwell certification program culminating in final graduation in Orlando Florida, USA. A john Maxwell certified trainer will have access to hundreds of programs to help develop others or create a prof- it-making leadership and coaching business to help in their community At Project54, we are people of value with a sole purpose of adding value to others. Join us today to transform leadership in Africa tomorrow. 12
