Each culinary creation will have its own story” The creations throughout all resort menus are composed from the finest and freshest ingredients that are available to us at this very moment and are prepared in our JOALI way. It is our aim to be the best in food and beverage experiences in the Maldives. Our multi-national brigade of chefs work as a team to produce dishes and culinary experiences on our beautiful JOALI Maldives. Dining options at JOALI Maldives are designed to make your stay diverse, exciting and slightly adventurous whilst every effort is made to find the perfect ingredients of the highest quality, delivered to the island as pure and fresh as they might have been served at their point of origin. Highlights include JOALI’s own Saoke restaurant designed by Noriyoshi Muramatsu, slow foods aligned Bellinis Italian restaurant, Chefs organic gardens, daily catches from our local Raa atoll fisherman and Vandhoo restaurant with authentic Asian and international inspired dishes to our own JOALI healthy cuisine. Be part of Her Kitchen and learn from our chefs including creating Maldivian classics, JOALI signature dishes and sweet treats from our pastry chefs. To compliment your dining, we offer an extensive wine list with an international content that covers many familiar countries and some less so, in both hemispheres. This selection of new world wines and old-world classics offers you the opportunity to fulfill the dining experience despite both cultural and climatic challenges.
