Hi, I am Professor Aureliano Fernandez and writing to you with the vision of establishing ways of cooperation in the educational area with this prestigious university institution FIU. As an initial premise I refer to the important and growing segment of resident Hispanic population in Florida. Areas that would like to explore with the University are: • CONTINUING EDUCATION • SHORT DIPLOMATES • FORMAL MASTERS PROGRAMS • TUTORIALS OF FINAL GRADE WORK I have extensive expertise in all these activities, because I served for over 30 years in the Universidad Simon Bolivar, one of the most prestigious and demanding of Venezuela universities. I did Continuing Education In designing the content of various oriented courses to professional improvement as Project Management, Finance for Non-Financial Executives, Making Your Business Plan, Strategic Management, Creating Value (EVA-VHS), etc. Later some of these contents are described. I structured as Diplomate course the EXPERT IN MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (PEG), which is based on a modular and consistent development of 5 choices courses of managerial relevance, to allow trainee to have major management tools for effective and efficient performance in any business organization. On the following pages is discussed in more detail this program, which was very success for several years. For several years I gave formal support to the Masters Programs at the Coordination of Graduate Studies, Department of Strategic Management and Project Management, Simon Bolivar University. Regarding the Tutoring Thesis, I designed and issued courses Methodology for the Development of Thesis and advised several end-level jobs, both specializations and Masters. A list of this activity is included in the attached. I am a resident of the State of Florida from three years ago, where I feel the need of Latin people opportunities for continuing education and graduate that allow them overcoming the language barrier trained for insertion into the professional field. I reiterate my desire to be joining these educational activities into Florida National University.

Prof. Aureliano Fernández B. Economist Aureliano Fernandez B. is Universidad Central de Venezuela, graduate in 1972. He has received graduate degrees in Operations Research (University of Chile), Project Management Specialization, Specialization in Corporate Finance, both in the Simon Bolivar University, Master of Business Management, Universidad Simon Bolivar. In the educational area is currently a professor at the Universidad Simón Bolívar in the chair (founder) of Strategic Management, Specialization in Management of the Company. He has over twenty years of uninterrupted teaching as a professor of undergraduate and postgraduate at the University Simon Bolivar for which he has been honored with medals \"Order 1 July 8 Merit\" in its first, second and third classes 10, May 1 and 20 years of services rendered to the same university.
