I'm like an impartial record that featured a bunch of Dr. S. H. Nizami hardship from grass root to glamour. Director – Briefcase - Training & Development Associate BUMS – Barkatullah University, Bhopal I am a member of a significant family where high-grade MBA – EIILIM University, Sikkim education is of great importance but, in my clan; I was 12 Years in Workforce – 10+ Years at This Job. an average studying child who went under depression for two years for non-passing in high school at first attempt but with firmness, determination and my dad’s constant motivation got rid of this disorder and topped in third attempt. With the blessings of my mom, I completed the graduation in medical science and practiced as a physician, but the art of motivate individual was distracting me to be a streamline doctor, because I concluded that help others achieve their dreams and you will achieve yours, So moved in an event company in search of basic instincts. Next, teamed up in various field of film making, where I made some short films for the different contest, after this phase of creativity, done MBA and joined an Ahmedabad-based multi-national company Camex Wellness Limited, where served as training and marketing manager Pan India which pleased my nature. Where I built dealer distributor network in more than 20 cities, in the main Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and the major cities of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and mastered their staff in sales marketing and leadership. As a reward promoted as Regional Head for MP & Chhattisgarh. Based on industry experience and performance, later on joined a South Korean Global Company Cera Care as a North West India Director but unfortunately in the last stage of mom's cancer, I resign and taken a professional break then considering my social responsibilities, accompanied with a serious charitable project Vishwas - SSpS, run by Sisters of the Holy spirit for philanthropic service from Rome, Italy to 48 countries around the world, for which several projects coordinated and managed by me in various cities of MP, Rajasthan and Punjab. Most recently worked for Molt Wellscience Pvt. Ltd. (MLM) as a R&D Head during the pandemic COVID 19 - 2020

Now, with 10+ years of an extensive understanding and maturity in the different domain, I decided to assist the individuals towards training and development as American professional speaker and legend Les Brown has said help other achieve their dreams and you will achieve yours.
