WHO ARE WE? We are a passionate and creative specialist recruiter with over 30 years combined experience in sourcing the hidden gems in Facilities Management, Property, Engineering and the Built Environment. Frustrated by poor service levels which both candidates and clients received across the industry, we offer exemplary levels of service and commitment to our customers, delivering on promises and building relationships on honesty and trust. After all it’s our client's uniqueness that makes them so special. RESPOND Recommended for general vacancies with a wider candidate pool. Our contingent recruitment service covers permanent, contract and interim roles and is called contingent because it’s effectively a “pay when placed” model, meaning fees are contingent on us finding you the chosen candidate. RESOLVE Recommended for specialist vacancies or where an element of sensitivity is requested by the client. Similar to our Respond offering, with the exception of that a period of exclusivity working with Hexagon Group is formally agreed to ensure that multiple agencies are not engaged by the client. This ensures the recruitment process is carried out in a discreet manner, and being contingent the fee is payable upon candidate’s start date. RETAIN Also known as “Retained Search”. Fees are broken down and paid over three stages, on the commencement of the search, presentation of candidates to the client, and the successful candidates start date. Being retained means we offer clients a bespoke service, effectively becoming an extension of the organisation’s HR or in-house recruiting team. Hexagon can provide a more detailed overview of each candidate using online DISC profiling tools and pre-agreed technical questioning allowing the organisation to focus primarily on the candidate’s cultural fit during the interview process.
