August 29-Jerry & Janice Campbell's pool, 2717 Lochwood Drive, Norman. 5th Grade Graduation Breakfast is July 29 at 9:15 in the gym. All parents and 5th graders will be provided and served breakfast by the 4th graders. Promotion Sunday for all elementary classes is August 5th. We look forward to our new kindergartners who will come to room 210 for Sunday School where Mrs. Mary Harvey will be their teacher. Teachers and room assignments for the other elementary classes are as follows: 1st grade-room 201 with Curtis & Beth Corcoran, 2nd grade-room 205 with Shannon Schroeder, 3rd grade-room 207 with Tom & Bren Petro- ski, 4th & 5th girls-room 209 with Melinda Wilhite, 4th & 5th grade boys-room 206 with Blake Lindley. Next Sunday, K!DZ on Mission, 1st-5th graders, will meet August 5th in room 201/205 from 9:15-10:30 a.m. with Dema Hansmeyer and Don- na Camp for a time of missions focus using the Wild Brothers DVD. The Wild Brothers are four brothers, children of missionaries to Papua New Guinea. They live quite the primitive and sacrificial lives while serving right along side their parents. Snacks and craft time will be provided. Step Up! Leadership Training for all 4th and 5th graders 2018/19 school year will be Sunday nights in August 12, 19 and 26, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in room 207/209. Email [email protected] to sign up. Elementary children attend the evening worship with their parents during the summer months. AWANA Club (K-6th graders) sign up begins August 5 and the club will begin meeting September 9.
