October 21, 2018 Last Sunday we began the “Read Thru the Bible in a Year” emphasis. A survey across America found that the one thing above all else that helps Christians to grow is reading the Bible.Because many of you could not be in the service, we wanted you to also have the opportunity to signup and commit to read through the Bible in a year. The Bible reading plan we recommend, if you do not already have one, can be purchased Sunday for $2.50. October is BRING A BAG OF CANDY Month! Donate bags of individually wrapped candy and place in baskets in the Wel- come Center this entire month. Thank you! We will use it for Trunk-or-Treat at our Fall Festival.Cookies! We will need loads of 2-3 cookies packaged in ziploc bags and brought to the church office on Sun-day, October 28th in the morning. Kids love all kinds of cookies, so even store bought cookies are snatchedright up at the Cookie Walk of the Fall Festival. We will need lots of help to make this a special time! If you canwrap hot dogs or make lemonade at 3:00 p.m., host a trunk, or run an inflatable let Kathy knowat [email protected] you know that Trinity has a nursing home ministry? We would love for you to come join us as we worship together with nursing home residents. See Thursday schedule below. This is a wonderful ministry.
