SERVICES AND FACILITIES OFFICE HOURS Our office hours are 07:00 until 22:00 CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is 14:30 and our Departure time is at 10:00. Any extension of stay will be strictly subject to availability at the time of request. Guests are advised to notify reception as early as possible of any intended extension period. PROPERTY INFORMATION A R500 fully refundable key and breakages deposit is required upon check-in. Guests will be responsible for any losses, damage and breakages to the apartment and the inventory of furnishings, and the cost thereof will be debited from the guest’s credit card or refundable deposit. Irons & hairdryers are available on request. A fully refundable deposit of R200 per item will be charged. WI-FI SES offers high speed internet. All units are equipped with Wi-Fi. The password is provided by front desk. PARKING Complementary Parking Bay is available which is allocated to the guest. HOUSEKEEPING Daily Housekeeping is available unless requested otherwise. Should you have any specific cleaning requests please inform reception before 17: 00 the day before.

GREEN POLICY Linen and towels are fresh upon your arrival. During your stay, we invite you to help reduce the excess amount of water used each day to assist us in staying green. Feel free to place your towels in the bath tub if you would like it to be changed. Linen will be changed every three days. Please DO NOT put sanitary disposables or nappies, napkins down the toilet even if it says “FLUSHABLE”. Kindly use bin provided. Thank you for helping us save the planet! LAUNDRY SERVICES Laundry services are available at an additional charge. Please liaise with front desk. MAINTENANCE Any maintenance faults in your unit can be reported to the front desk. Our maintenance team will attend to the matter as soon as possible. NON-SMOKING POLICY All our units are non-smoking, we strictly enforce this policy. If this rule is not adhered to a R1000 penalty fee will be charged. Please make use of the outside balconies for this purpose. NOISE LEVELS Booking accommodation at Villa Via Executive Suites for the purpose of hosting a party is not allowed under any circumstances. Should management receive a complaint from other residents about noise levels security will facilitate the immediate check out of the noisy party without a refund. Deposits will be held as liquidated damages and the guest agrees hereto. SECURITY In your best interest and in the best interest of all guests, please co-operate with security personnel when they check your vehicle and conduct inspections.

GYM We offer access to one of the top gyms, Planet Fitness. The gym is located across the road at the new shopping Centre called the mark. Access to the Gym is at an additional charge of R70 for the voucher.

POOL RULES • The pool is opened from 07:00 to 18:00 • Minors to be accompanied by adults at all times • No loud noise or music is allowed by the pool • No littering • No glasses or bottles allowed • A swimsuit is to be worn at all times if you are swimming – Nudity is not permitted. • Failure to abide by above rules could result in fines being imposed.



Restaurants: Villa Via is conveniently located just across the road from the Marc Shopping Mall where there are a variety of shops and restaurants for your pleasure.

Gautrain Villa Via is conveniently located only two blocks and walking distance to the Gautrain. The Gautrain is an 80-kilometre express commuter rail system in Gauteng, South Africa, which links Johannesburg, Pretoria, Ekurhuleni, and O.R. Tambo International Airport.
