As future teachers we have unique personal qualities that allow me to have relationships with teachers, parents and students. As a future teacher I can have the classroom where I teach coupled to the students and children according to my principles and values. My essence of being a teacher is that I have the disposition towards knowledge and I have mastery of the three bases of knowledge of the subject: the development of the individual, learning and pedagogy. I should have prepared for the students a repertoire to present them according to the type of students in order to motivate them, developing their skills and improving them and developing their thinking so that the students are the ones who regulate themselves in their learning. b) What specific personal qualities are typically exhibited by effective teachers? Teachers should have qualities such as; passion for teaching, having a vocation, loving and warm. Developing interpersonal relationships and having sincere skills and relationships with colleagues. Within the classroom I as a teacher must have the ability to create social learning groups, as a teacher I must be clear that I must include all and not

some students, be clear that the groups that I will create must be democratic. Personal qualities: Social justice, Reflection and lifelong learning, Knowledge base and repertoire. c) Why should a teacher’s repertoire of strategies be as diverse and flexible as possible? The teacher should be the leader and should lead the group according to its characteristics and the instructions given to the students. The most efficient way to develop a lesson is to develop playful activities that allow interaction among the students themselves. A little play can go a long way right now! Research is clear on the powerful impact of play on learning, as you can see in Creating a Playful Classroom. d) What are the three major aspects of a teacher’s job? The three aspects of the teacher's work are as follows: leadership, and as a future teacher I must encourage, motivate students, plan and help them to work cooperatively, also as a leader the teacher helps students to work interdependently and help to evaluate and plan objectives. I as a teacher must look at what kind of approach is appropriate for the students, to promote participation and there are six models for me as a future teacher to help me develop the class: presentation, direct instruction, concept teaching, collaborative learning, problem-based learning and classroom discussion and the organization. Another aspect that highlight the work of teachers is immersed in civic responsibility, in which many must also be parents, psychologists, friends, and even accomplices in the learning process. Considering the above, the main objective as teachers is to help form better citizens through education and social responsibility This is why today the role of the

teacher is so important, as it has proven to be a fundamental pillar in the social development of a country thanks to its professional practice. Bibliography Arends, R. (2014). Learning to Teach.
