DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOOD Let us see delicious food of Tripura

MUI BOROK • The traditional cuisine of the state Tripura is MUI BOROK. In this dish ingredient is BERMA . Berma is dried fermented fish which is cooked without oil and hence it is healthy food

MOSDENG SERMA • It is a vegetarian food. Mosdeng serma is primarily a Tangy tomato chutney prepared with Berma,Red chilli and Garlic to add deep flavours to the dish

WAHAN MOSDENG • A pork dish which is quite famous among the Tripurian people. This dish prepared with pork, onion, coriander leaves and green chilli. The roasted green chilli add the perfect aroma and spice to the dish

CHAUK • Chauk is a famous drink which is gulped down by the Tripurians on special occasions and festivals . This is a beer which is prepared by fermenting rice in water

BAMBOO DISH’S MUYA AWANDRU MUYA BAI WAHAN This dish is served with rice. • This dish along with BAMBOO This dish is made of BAMBOO SHOOT, jack fruit, papaya and SHOOT and rice flour and pork is added. This dish served Berma for warm rice
