Wedding floral prices All our designs are bespoke to you and prices can vary depending on the size, type and number of flowers you would like. Not sure what to budget? All weddings are different, and prices vary depending on the type of flowers you choose, the arrangements you need and overall size of your wedding party. We have a minimum spend of £750, but as a rough guide, our couples typically spend between £1,000 to £8,000 on their wedding flowers and decorations. Below is our guide, to give you a starting point for your budget planning! Our booking process… 5 simple steps STEP ONE: You’ve found us! We will happily discuss weddings, flowers and creativity all day, but first and foremost, we need to check your date’s available. Visit our website didsburyflowerlounge.co.uk and fill in our quick form. STEP TWO: If your date is free … we move on to the fun bit! We will invite you to book a free consultation with us - either in person or via phone/Skype or even email if you prefer. The purpose of the consultation is to really get to know each other better. Feel free to bring as many references as you want, whether that’s magazine tear sheets, swatches or Pinterest boards! We will go through all your floral requirements from the bouquet to your reception plans. We can show you examples of our work and all the vases, votives and props that we can use to help create your vision. After the consultation we will create a fully costed, custom proposal for your wedding day. STEP THREE: You love us, we love you and you’re ready to book! To secure the date and guarantee our services, we will take a £100 non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from your final bill. STEP FOUR: Sit back and relax! Four or five weeks before your wedding date we will meet again to finalise everything in your proposal and tie up any loose ends. This is your opportunity to make any changes or add any extra flourishes, so that we can place the order for your flowers and accessories. Final payment is also due at this time. STEP FIVE: See you on the big day…We will personally deliver your bridal flowers to you on the morning of your wedding. Our dedicated team will ensure all the ceremony and venue flowers are set up for you on the day. We like to think this gives you one less thing to think about!

Frequently asked questions How flexible are your wedding consultation times? We book appointments up to 3 weeks in advance and release new times weekly. We’re more than happy to meet during the day, after work or on Saturdays, but please be advised that weekend and evening appointments book up fast. Saturday appointments are particularly limited as we’re often out, setting up weddings, as we hope to be doing for yours one day! But we’ll always do our very best to make as much time to see our couples as possible. I’m really busy and don’t really know much about flowers, what do you suggest? We have the perfect solution of busy brides and grooms. We have designed tailor made wedding flower packages that give you give you our award-winning floral creations with the minimum of fuss. You simply choose a package, tell us your chosen colour scheme and we’ll select the freshest flowers and foliage at the market to create your designs in our award winning signature style. You can read more about our different wedding packages on page 7. Where should I start to get ideas on the types of flowers I want? There are no right or wrong choices when selecting flowers for your wedding. It is your own personal choice, that’s the most important part. Start by looking through bridal magazines, online wedding blogs and Pinterest. There’s lots of inspiration on our website too. Collect images of anything you simply like the look of. Then bring them along to your consultation and we’ll guide you through some different options. Or, just bring yourself along and we have lots of examples of work to inspire you. I don’t have a massive budget for flowers what do you suggest? When we know your budget the first thing we do is talk about your vision for the day, then we look at how to make your money work the very best it can for you. Sometimes it’s about being realistic with what can be achieved but we will always be honest and do everything we can to make your dream wedding a reality. After many years working with wedding suppliers we have a great little black book of contacts. These people I see more as our wedding friends than I do suppliers. After many years working together I know how they work, what they are like under pressure, what they love and how their business ticks, so I feel confident in recommending them to you. You’ll find a list of our Wedding Friends in this brochure and also on our website. What if the flower I love isn’t available? We have some amazing suppliers from all across the world, so we can source most things! However, the wonderful thing about flowers is their variety, so if we are unable to find the exact flower, we can certainly find something very similar (or even better!). Knowing what flowers are in season is a good starting point and means they are fresh and often more affordable too, but if you have your heart set on something particular, rest assured we’ll go the extra mile to create your dream wedding. How far do you travel for a wedding? Most of the weddings we supply flowers for are based in the North West of England, but we’ve been part of weddings all over the UK. If you’re looking to have your special day further afield then we’d be happy to check whether your date is free and that the team has capacity to create and deliver your vision for the day.
