Prolog Log OnBefore you Log On activate CTXU Outlook for Prolog and make sure it matches your regular outlook inbox Note: If you have any issues while activating Outlook for Prolog please contact Help desk for assistance.To Log On: 1. Click File tab in Prolog Manager 9.0 Window 2. Connection Setup Wizard 1. Enter name in Connection Profile box and this will be your profile name 2. Click List Servers button 3. Click the drop down arrow in the Server Name box and then select SQL02 NOTE: You may enter the sever name directly into the Server Name line instead of scrolling through the entire list.REI Prolog Manual v2.0 – Created 08.12.2013 2

1. Click List Databases2. Click the drop down arrow in the Database Name and select Rosendin Electric DB. Note: For KST projects select KST Electric DB3. 1. Click the Refresh button 2. Click the drop down arrow in the User Name box and look for your name and select your name 1. Type in your Password 2. Click OK NOTE: If it’s your first time logging on you will not have a password, just press OK and follow the computer prompts to “change” your password. Portfolio Manager 1. You can access the Portfolio Manager (3) ways: a. Select File and choose the portfolio manager b. Choose the icon that looks like an open file c. Choose the Admin icon and select portfolio manager from the list 2. Choose your project from the list.Note: You will only be able to see the projects that you have access to (some people willonly see 1 – 2 projects). 3. General Tab: When entering project information at the start of a project you will need to enterthe information into the arrowed fields only.NOTE: Most information needed for initial project set up in the Portfolio Manager can beobtained from the Project Booking Form.REI Prolog Manual v2.0 – Created 08.12.2013 6

Miscellaneous Tab: Fill out all the pertinent information for the arrowed sections. If you are unsure of a person or company’s ID code use the binocular button to look it up.NOTE: All look up lists can be customized per project, division or entire database. Please informyour Administrator if you need any changes made to any lists and what projects they affect. Project Details Tab: Fill out all arrowed areas on the Information for Legal Documents section and be sure to fill in the Contract Date and Contract For areas. Contacts Tab: To link a contact click Add Link and pick the contact(s) from the pick list.NOTE: To link contacts to your project you must first link those in company set up (Linking thecontacts in the Company set up is shown in next module on page 11). 1. Click General tab 2. Type the company code in the Code field which will automatically display the Name, Type of Company and Federal ID Number.Note: The pink fields are the required fields. 1. 1. Click Contacts tab to add contacts to the current project. 2. To add the project to the contact click the box in the Linked column then it will pop up the Select Projects window as shown in the next screen shot.Select all the projects for which a particular contact is attached. 1. Click Meeting Items tab 2. Click Add Row to enter the details Note: The Pink fields are the required fieldsIn the Responsible column click the box which will open the contacts pick list (shown in thenext screen shot) from which you need to select the contactsNote: Meeting Items become your Action Items and have the ability to be carried over frommeeting to meeting. The item number takes its number from two places: the first partdenotes the meeting number and second part is the item number within that particularmeeting. Other Details Tab: 1. In this tab enter location details for the current meeting and the date and time for the next meeting at the bottom. 2. 1. Click Attendees/Courtesy Copies which will show the list of attendees added to themeeting2. To add more attendees click Edit then it will open the Contact Pick List window.3. System will automatically generate next RFI number in the Rosendin RFI number box. 1. Click General tab 2. To choose the Author Company enter the appropriate code or click on the Binocular icon and select the company from the list which will automatically display the name in the Authored By field. 3. Collaboration Tab: Fill in all information in Collaboration section, first Add Row and fill in therow (i.e. From Company, From Contact, To Company, To Contact etc.). To send current record 1. Click File tab on the top left corner 2. Click Send->Current Record then it will open the Export Options tab as shown belowExport Options windowCheck the details in each field and modify if required and then click OK. To add a file through URL 1. Click Files tab 2. Click Add Links then it will open External File Links Type window 3. Select URL 4. Click on binocular symbol then it will pop up the window (Shown below) (select company for company and Contact pick list for contacts) from where you will select the name of the company/contact.2. ReportsClick Report Manager Icon (Highlighted in the screenshot) and it will open the ReportManager window Report Manager 1. Click Reports Tree tab 2. Expand System and then expand the module from which you want to run a report.
