Steps to download MICROSOFT TEAMS on your system FOR MOBILE: FOR LAPTOP/DESKTOP:  • https://products.office.com/en- in/microsoft-teams/download-app •

How to Login  Once downloading is complete, Enter Microsoft ID and Password.  New Window will open, different option are there on your left side of laptop – Activity, Chat, Teams and Assignments etc. (*It can be on different side in mobile)

Use of Chat option 1. This can be done on one to one or in group by entering the Microsoft IDs in the new chat option. 2. Once you start with the chat, you can do video and audio call as seen on the right side in the below image. 3. Can use the Emojis, attach the file etc. as seen below in the image.

Scheduling the Meeting  Go to Calender – Click on Date and Time – Enter Details in New Tab – Add 1 participant - Click Send

Cont…  Again Open the Save Meeting from the Calendar  Go the Message Box – Select “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting”- Right click – Copy link – Send link to anyone via mail or whatsapp

How to take control of the meeting/ class  In the same calendar – Right click on Meeting option – Open link – select ‘Only Me’ and close the same. This helps the host being the presenter and rest all will be the attendee.

Options During Video Call Options available during call are: 1. Video 2. Mute/Unmute 3. Share 4. 3 dots that shows different options 5. Message/Chat 6. Participants list 7. End Call

Screen Sharing Option During Call  This is used when you want to show your screen/presentation/any video etc. to the participant.

Participant Option During Call  During the call, one can see the participant list, Can Mute all the participants, Remove the participant, Make the participant an Attendee and vice versa.

Team / Class Creation Go to Teams – Join or Create team – Create Team – Select the option – Class/Staff etc. – Name it and Add Description – Add Members/ Students & Teachers Once the Team is created – Add Channels (subjects/ departments etc.)

Cont.. To schedule a meeting in the teams created – click on Meet Now – Schedule a meeting – Follow the same process explained in 5, 6 7 slides – Meeting is scheduled for the following Team/Channel
