NOVEMBER Monte Vista Village 2021 8865 E. Baseline Rd NEWSLETTER Mesa AZ 85209 480-833-2223 From the General Manager I am excited to see the community come alive as many seasonal residents are returning and those that make Monte Vista a year round home have had the opportunity to spend additional time outdoors with the cooler temperatures. I wanted to take this opportunity to recap some of the improvements we have made recently. Our tran- sition to nearly 100% LED lighting throughout the community is nearing completion, upgrading our light fixtures to LED is part of a larger sustainability effort and we will continue to look for ways to reduce our footprint, while maintaining the quality lifestyle we all enjoy. Additional improvement projects that have been underway throughout the summer are currently on track as well. The saunas are complete and ready for the season, and the fitness center and sports courts are nearing completion and we are on track to open these brand new amenities by the end of the year. We are continuously working to keep Monte Vista looking clean and beautiful with landscaping projects around the community. We appreciate everyone who took the time and effort to do the same for their individual home sites. The overseeded lawn transi- tion is nearing completion and we are upgrading the landscape look and feel around the amenities with the planting of over 100 new plants. If you have any questions or comments about what is happening here at Monte Vista, don’t hesitate to call the office at (480) 833-2223 or email me at [email protected]. ~Brian From the Activities Director Wow, here we are in November already!
