Baseline Rd Mesa AZ 85209 480-833-2223 From the General Manager Hello Monte Vista residents, we are grateful for a wonderful winter season as we transi- tion to our summer operations. With many summer Resident activities planned for the summer we are also preparing several enhancement and maintenance projects for the community area. As we near the completion of the Baseline and Steven Pollard gate construction, please note that both of these access points will be available as a Resort entrance (with Access Badge) and exit. ~Brian From the Activities Director Whew! What a season! I hope all of you that are heading home have safe travels and we will look for- ward to your return in the fall! Thank you again to all the volunteers that gave their time and expertise to make Monte Vista the best place to live! Although we are going to slow down a bit now that April is here, we still have plenty of fun activities to keep those of you still here busy. We have a bake off, Easter craft n sip, afternoon movies, Easter egg hunt, pool party, lunch at Uncle Bears, and a Dbacks game all coming up this month! The 2023 Concert Series is currently on sale, and what a series it will be! You wont want to miss it, so make sure to get your tickets soon before the price goes up in June! Beginning in May, we will bring back Salad Luncheons on Tuesdays, Lunch Bunch on Thursdays, we will have some fun trips, ice cream socials, movies, and a whole lot more to keep all of our “year rounders” busy and cool in the hot summer months! Make sure you all are singed up to receive our email blast “Monte Vista Messenger” so you are kept up to date on everything going on and everything up and coming!
