Who We Are UpWright Restoration Services LLC is a family-owned organization founded in 2017 by Bob and Carol Wright. We offer residential renovation services, mainly roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We stand out from the crowd and are an industry leader because of our commitment to provide reliability to consumers. We dedicate ourselves and our business to absolute integrity, attentive customer care, and superior skill.Bob has 20+ years of experience in construction and facilities management. He holds a Minnesota ResidentialBuilding Contractor license (#BC-727154). Bob is the earliest President and CEO of Wright-at-Home Services,Inc. He co-founded Wright-at-Home in 2005 and received a lot of awards including the Angie’s List SuperService Award ten years in a row. Bob chose to branch off and begin a new organization which is small-by-design to ensure customer focus. He and his son, Jesse, strive daily to cultivate UpWright's robust vision whichprioritizes our worldview over all else. Bob commits to being present as much as possible on each project tosafeguard process efficiency. He as well is there to build lifetime relationships with homeowners. You will not be subject to any disrespect, profanity, or inappropriatebehavior or remarks from our team.OUR ONGOING CARE FOR YOUWe will follow up with you each spring after your project is complete to ensure your satisfaction and to offer afree annual checkup. We will send you a formal, written lifetime workmanship warranty upon receipt of your final payment. Thiswarranty will be transferable to one homeowner after you. It will cover UpWright's workmanship only.Manufacturers warranty their materials.COMPLETE SATISFACTIONOur relationship with you is not a contractual obligation, or a means for meeting our bottom line. It is a lifelongpartnership. Better yet, a friendship.We commit to making sure that you are joyful at the end of your project. When we complete your project, ourPresident and Co-Owner will follow-up with you to ensure that we did our job and that you delight in the finalproduct.CONSISTENT PRICINGWe all know that we get what we pay for. High-quality products and workmanship may cost more, but wepromise that our pricing is a fair representation of what we provide. We will price jobs consistently regardless ofthe scope of the project. If extra costs are necessary during your project beyond any “add-on” figures, we willinform you of the price. We will also ask that you sign an addendum to your contract called a \"Change Order\"authorizing us to change the project's scope.A RELIABLE PROCESSOur company must operate efficiently. We put a careful plan together for estimating, scheduling, andcompleting your work. Before the start of your project, we will review the plan with you and answer any of yourquestions.Nobody likes surprises. If we have to change the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact youand establish a mutually-agreeable plan. Our project manager will check-in with you at the beginning and endof each workday to review progress.QUALITY INSTALLATIONA crew of competent technicians with an experienced and caring leader will install your project. The projectmanager will supervise the crew to ensure that workmanship is beautiful and functional. Our President and Co-Owner will make an effort to introduce himself and his crew to you, as well as maintain a consistent presenceon every project.CARE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES, SAFETY, AND EDUCATIONWe will treat our employees in a fair and ethical manner and go above and beyond in meeting their needs,ambitions, and balance between work and life.The issues and concerns of being a company owner in the contracting industry are many. We strive to educateourselves so that we can operate with efficiency and maintain a safe workplace.Our customers, employees, and any subcontractors that we hire are like family to us. Safety is paramount onevery job and in every aspect. We will leave job sites clean at the end of each day, and we will make every effortto protect you, your property, and our workers. We will keep General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance policies. We will get permits, licenses, andregistration as required by federal, state, and local authorities. We will check our employees' backgroundchecks, and no one will have any past violations relating to the construction industry.MEMBERSHIP WITH LIKE-MINDED ASSOCIATIONSOur industry has changed over the last few years. The number of laws and regulations has increased. Our goal isto meet those not only to be compliant but because those laws and regulations protect consumers. Forexample, we are a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA). The NRCA is anorganization which battles harmful legislation and promotes positive changes in our industry.IMPROVEMENT OF OUR INDUSTRYWe will not perform any act which would bring disrepute to, any legitimate part of our industry. We take pridein our business and try to improve our industry. We will support activities, take part in projects, and respectfellow contractors that seek to do the same.INVESTMENT IN OUR COMMUNITYWe care about the Twin Cities and nearby communities. We give our time and support to organizations whichtouch our hearts and contribute to the greater good.As such, we are sustaining donors for several charitable organizations including Secondhand Hounds, a cat anddog rescue located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. We also offset two (2) metric tons of carbon dioxide emissionsper month (or 4,410 lbs.), well beyond our carbon footprint. This offset furthers sustainability projects such asfarming, wind energy, landfill gas capture, and water restoration.TRUTHFUL ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONWhat you hear from us in our advertising and conversations with customers will be accurate. Our carefulresearch and employee training guarantee the highest level of knowledge at all times across our company.
