WHO WE ARE

OUR STORY What started as a weekend retreat to escape the city has become our life’s work and passion. Chris and Sarah Bradford bought a second home in Winter Park, Colorado way back at the “Turn of the Century.” Quickly seeing an opportunity for a quality vacation rental company in the valley, they started Winter Park Lodging Company and soon grew the business enough to pack up & move to Winter Park full time on 2007. That year also brought another big change – the birth of twin boys! After building an impressive luxury vacation rental business with their remarkable team in Winter Park, they knew it was time to fulfill their dream of moving to Ski Town, USA� Steamboat Springs. In 2014, they purchased a home in Old Town and are enjoying everything that Steamboat has to offer.

Their focus has been managing properties where they would want to stay. They’ve done just that and are now offering luxury vacation rentals in Winter Park and Steamboat, continuously going above and beyond for their owners and guests. We invite you to get to know who we are. Owners Chris and Sarah, with their twin boys, Nicholas and Willem.

We inspect every property post-cleaning to “stage” the home for the guest or owner arrival and make sure nothing was missed. WE HAVE IT ALL Amenities are very important for high-end guests and we know that. IN-HOUSE STAFF Our entire Operations Team works in Steamboat and knows the ins and outs of your home, sometimes even better than you do! One of our favorite things we hear often from owners is, “My place looks better now that I’m on your program than it did before I started.” WINTER SHUTTLE SERVICE We are proud to offer on-call winter shuttle service to our owners and guests throughout the ski season. From first tracks on the mountain to a routine grocery store run, we’ve got you covered while you’re in Steamboat. MAINTENANCE Have a maintenance issue? Our Property Care Team will be there to help fix the problem right away. Our annual maintenance plan is included in our commission and covers routine things and other minor problems during guest or owner stays.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & VACATION PLANNERS Our Vacation Planners & Guest Experience Teams are LOCAL, which means we are on-call 24 hours a day and in the office seven days a week to help with any and all guest issues. ONLINE BOOKINGS, LOCAL SERVICE Even though 50% of our bookings occur online, a lot of those guests call or chat with us before they book. We get to know the guest and their needs, and then recommend the right property for their visit. Our guests come back to us again and again because of our superior level of customer service. WE BELIEVE IN THE WOW! Our Guest Experience Team takes care of our guests’ needs from start to finish. They are trained to listen closely to what guests say before and during their stay and look for opportunities to “wow” them.
