Introduction In doing E-book on the topic of Asking and Giving directions, we aim to use a correct and appropriate language to ask and give directions, to learn vocabulary about places and traffic sign, to read aloud expressions used to give directions, to ask and give direction about how to get to somewhere. We hope the E-book Asking and Giving directions will help to reader can communicate with foreigners and also able to give advice about important places correctly. 3 When Giving Directions in English Giving directions usually consists of two sets of instructions. -In the first set: Say “Go to” and tell the listener what street, building, office number, etc – or – how far they need to go. -In the second set: Say “Then” and tell the listener what to do when they get there.
