Who is this for? Continuity of Operations Planning for DepartmentsThis brochure is designed for all depart-ments on the Minnesota State University Minnesota State University MoorheadMoorhead campus, to aid them in their de-velopment of a Continuity of Operations Public Safety DepartmentPlan (COOP).
