Note: Six faculty members were given draft printout of NBC 461 7A Cycle result; however they were not able to avail the said positions since the cut-off period for the said cycle is June 2016 and they were granted plantilla positions in July 2017. These faculty members were already Masters Degree holders when they were hired. Some of them have been serving the Campus since the school started in June 2006 with a contractual status. Due to unavailability of the permanent positions, it took 13 years for some of the faculty members to attain permanent positions. Meanwhile, as observed in the matrix, only Dr. Camarista, the Campus Administrator holds a higher academic rank as Associate Professor 5. He is a permanent faculty member of the Main Campus and was assigned in 2014 by the University President to be the Campus Administrator of Himamaylan Campus which was then, WVSU-Extension Campus in Himamaylan City.
