We mail them continuously (about 10x) until they puttheir house back on the market. At the the end of the term, if the program you havechosen has rst right of refusal towards renewal, and you have maintainedhigh customer reviews, you will have the rst option of renewing youragreement.In the event that a new prospective brand ambassador in your categorywould like a program option higher than the one you are currently in youwill have rst option to take that slot.
