For over 20 years, public service providers have implemented Peer Partners as direct service providers in Children, Youth and Family services. Peer Partners have become a requirement for many public funded systems’ whether, the services are funded by; Child Welfare, Justice, Probation, Health and/or other departments of government. Peer Partners Children Services has increasingly become a best practice in recognition that lived experience offers a unique benefit to clients and their family as well as, benefits to agencies, systems and communities.
