FAÇADE ANALYSIS The general character of the architectural and urban identity of the center of Abha was analyzed so that the basic lines of architecture in the Asir region were stripped and formed in an innovative and modern way. 17

03 MIXED-USE BUILDING (OFFICE - COMMERCIAL) Project type : Mix Used Location : Saudi Arabia - Abha Area : 18.000 m2 Year :2021 The project is a mixed-use tower with a height of 155 meters and consisting of 37 floors. CONCEOT The design idea was based on site analysis, where the block was directed in a streamlined manner based on the viewing angles of those coming from the main street to give the project block a psychological sense of welcoming visitors. 28
DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN IDEAS STRUCTURAL SYSTEM Structural system: The shear walls system was used in the administrative tower with continuous supporting columns of the commercial block, and the Cuban-X system was used in the commercial block. 29

04 Development and planning of the central Muhayl Project type : Urban planning Location : Saudi Arabia - Muhayl Area : 285000 m2 Year :2022 The project is a re-planning and development of the city center of Muhayil and the banks of the Dagbaj valley. CONCEOT The design idea started by studying the site and identifying the natural elements in it. ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS The re-planning of the city center was based on natural and sustainable strategies and considerations. By identifying certain places that cars can reach. 05 King Khalid University Roundabout Project type : Design of a rotating model of King Khalid University Location : Saudi Arabia – Abha Year :2022 The project is to design the roundabout square of King Khalid University, and the design must be in line with the topography of the site and the natural rocks inside the square Designed with a team of 3 students.
