Module 2: Speaking Fluency - Using your voice - Fluency under pressure - Mastering conversations - Speaking with clarity - Exercises to build fluency By understanding the essentials of speaking clarity and following the daily activities, you will feel comfortable speaking and what it means to be a fluent speaker.

Wearing many hats and holding many titles, she has served as Senior Consultant, Researcher, Mentor, Educator, Coach, Language Ambassador, Teacher, Academic Manager, Propaganda Ambassador, Marketing Director, and Founder and CEO of Fluent Speakers. Research interests have included curriculum design, language identity, bilingualism, multilingualism, linguistics, pedagogy, language psychology, educational psychology, neurolinguistics, language acquisition, and professional skills development. Her teaching specialities revolve around planning, developing, and delivering courses in professional settings. As senior consultant at iTutor Group, she created materials and projects for business professionals from Asia. Creating a mini video course aimed at developing communication and soft skills in an international setting. Throughout her undergraduate degree, she taught English to refugees in the UK as well as academic English to Master's and PhD students. After graduating, she gained vast experience in teaching adults at an international language centre, which focused on areas such as career building classes and enhancing students' employability skills and exam preparation. Her teaching and academic experience has not only given her vast knowledge in pedagogy, her high empathy and supportive nature means she can work with every client from every background. A linguist and language learner herself, she truly understands the frustrations learners and professionals face. She has travelled extensively and worked in many different societies and cultures which enables her to bring her intercultural awareness to her coaching and training programmes.
