More kitchens suggest greater locations to serve mid-day meals to school youngsters. So far in Gujarat, 6 kitchens have been installation in Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Vadodara, Surat, Kalol and Bhuj. The NGO kitchen in Jamnagar may be a centralized unit with the intention to put together, cook and supply mid-day meals to kids reading in Government and Government-aided faculties of the metropolis. However, the kitchen in Guwahati has been relocated in a special vicinity inside the town itself and has been upgraded to feed more mid-day meal beneficiaries whilst compared to the earlier quantity of 20,000 school children. The Akshaya Patra Foundation, an NGO in India has resumed serving nutritious mid-day food to youngsters who're lower back to Government and Government-aided faculties after the pandemic.
