Intro This document details my ideal game plan, model and principles. The game can change everything and a key part of my principles is adaptability. We must ALWAYS be Determined Defensively and Attack with Creativity
Philosophy To create an environment to develop ever-evolving People |Players|Teams Who are strongTechnically|Tactically|Socially|Mentally
Vision To develop players who are adaptable, have a good game understanding and are life-long learners To play attractive and attackingfootball whilst being a team who isdetermined in its defensive duties.
Non-NegotiablesPlayers must show great attitude, effort and desire to improvePlayers must be determined defensively – We do not want to concede. To be organised quickly at restarts – in and out of possession We dictate the tempo in possessionPlayers who are willing to work hard for each other and have each others back Game management is key – know how to win stages of the game When out of possession the team must be patient and concentrate on pressure, covers and provoking mistakes. Players attacking with confidence and trusting themselves in 1v1 situationsPlayers earning their game time through different ways (hard work, talent, attitude etc)
Non-Negotiables Game time is NOT guaranteed Every player MUST fight for their place Training must ALWAYS be competitive EVERY player contributes to our success and development as a team, regardless of minutes played on a SundayThis is because EVERY player takes part in training, and when wetrain, we improve. We cannot improve without our teammates Starting lineups will be chosen to try to win EVERY game and what we feel gives us the best chance to do so We are the FIRST TEAM. You are all ROLE MODELS for the younger teams in our club
