It is always a delight to see the finishedproduct when the students write orthey make something. These daystechnology is really taking our studentswriting to the next level. The studentsmake their own articles as they areencouraged to think & write. So theydevelop their writing skills & talent. Inschool all the students are taught ntoread books and to acquire knowledgefrom the works of great authors. Butmeans reading books is not sufficientfor education. So they are also taughthow to write & express their own ideasin a good form & in differentlanguages. Besides literallythe magazine also containscientific or art work ofstudents.

Euphoria GamesEuphoria games were introduced in between the half yearly exam to nullify the exam phobia. We’ve grow up on the saying”All work & no play makes Jack a dull boy”. Exam time is the periodof high stress. Because of the constant study it is quite likely that in later part of the day you will not be able to absorb at a pace withwhich you start off the morning. The Best way is to play games. The candidate playing football, volleyball and cricket is so focused on the game that the mind gets cleaned up of all the tension. & once the mind gets cleaned up there is tremendous opportunity to learn more.

C.V.Raman Club Inaugration C.VRaman is an Indian Physicist. In GDGPS, we have a C.V.Ramanclub which was inaugurated on 25th September , 2018. Some od thestudents played the role of young scientist and the Vice principal Sir of GDGPS told the importance of science force and initiated a discussion about gravitational force.

ACTIVITY TIME Extra Curricular activities help to develop the whole student. We can just produce one dimensional students in our school. Students who are involved in extra curricular activities tend to improve their academics grades as well. This may be due to increased self esteem, motivation & better time management. They became better organized in the classroom. They demonstrate a reduction of at risk behavior & a heightened sense of belonging resulting in better behavior. That’s why we believe in activity oriented teaching.

HOSTEL- A HOME AWAY FROM HOME Hostel is a home away from home. To make the children explore their feeling of warmth of a family at hostel and to develop the emotional, social skills & enhance their life skills. GDGPS, Purnea is always organized some special events on every SUNDAY for the hostellers. MOVIE TIME “MOVIES CAN AND DO HAVE TREMENDOUS INFLUENCE IN SHAPING YOUNG LIVES “ - WALT DISNEY This month students at hostel saw movie “Hichki”. TALENT NIGHT WITH CAMP FIRE First all the hostel students of GDGPS, Purnea showed their talent through dance in group as well as solo performance. After that they enjoyed at the BON FIRE in school campus with lot of energy. All the teachers who stay at hostel also joined them.

OUTINGIt is through adventure that one discovers oneself. In September month,Hostel students arrived at Dhruv Udhyan for a journey of self discoveryreplete with fun relaxation and wholesome meals. The outing was a shortdrive from the city but the proximity takes nothing away from the grand, open landscape surrounded plants and small swings.
