SPICY SALTINE CRACKERS Submitted By: Stephany LOFT Outlet Tower Shopps at Pinnacle Cook Time: 15 Minutes INGREDIENTS 1 box of saltine crackers 2 packs of ranch mix 1 1/2 cups of olive oil 2 tbsp. of red pepper flakes DIRECTIONS • Mix oil, ranch powder, and pepper flakes together • Tumble in large bowl with crackers until covered • Best if you let sit for 12-24 hours 4

CHICKEN CHEESE BALL Submitted By: Debbie Ann Taylor Mt. Lebanon INGREDIENTS 8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened) 4 1/2 oz. can of chicken spread 2 tsp. onion, chopped finely 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. of mayo DIRECTIONS • Mix together • Roll in chopped pecans • Serve with crackers JALAPENO POPPER Submitted By: Sam M. Cook Time: SPREAD Ann Taylor 3 Minutes Mt. Lebanon INGREDIENTS Two 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened 1 cup of mayonnaise 4 oz. can of chopped green chilis (drained) 4 oz. of canned diced jalepeno peppers (drained) 1 cup of grated parmesean cheese DIRECTIONS • Stir together cream cheese and mayo in a large bowl until smooth • Stir in chilis and jalepeno peppers • Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish and sprinkle with cheese • Heat for 3 minutes 5

CRUSTLESS SPINACH & Submitted By: Beckette H. Cook Time: LOFT 45 minutes Dulles Town Center Bake at 350°F CANADIAN BACON QUICHE INGREDIENTS 5 slices of chopped canadian bacon 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp. of pepper 1 cup of chredded swiss 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup of spinach 1 cup of cottage cheese 2 eggs 4 egg whites 1/2 cup of flour 1 tsp. of baking powder DIRECTIONS • Spray the pie plate • Spread 1/4 cup of cheese • Spray pan and saute bacon, onion, pepper, and add to pie plate • In large bowl, mix all ingredients then add to pie plate CREAMY JALEPENO Submitted By: Emily Cook Time: DEVILED EGGS Ann Taylor Factory 1 hour and 10 minutes Seattle Collections 6 INGREDIENTS 10 large boiled aggs 4 slices of bacon 1/2 package of cream cheese 2 tbsp. of garlic powder 1 small jalepeno 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of paprika DIRECTIONS • Spoon egg yolks in bowl • Add cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, mix well • Fold 3 slices of bacon and jalepeno into egg yolk mixture • Season with salt and pepper • Fill each egg half with egg yolk filling • Sprinkle remaining bacon over top with paprika • Enjoy :)

LACEY’S CHILI MAC Submitted By: Lacey Ann Taylor Mt. Lebanon Cook Time: 30 Minutes INGREDIENTS 1/2 onion, diced 1 lb ground beef 8 oz. can of tomato sauce 14 oz. can of diced tomato 1/2 cup of cheddar or pepper jack cheese 14 oz. can of kidney beans, drained 1/2 cup of elbow pasta 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 2-3 tsp. of chili powder DIRECTIONS • Cook meat and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned and onion is tender • Add all other ingredients, except cheese • Stir and bring to a boil, lower the heat to simmer and cover skillet • Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occassionally • Add cheese and enjoy! Top with Fritos (optional) 7

PASTA SALAD Submitted By: Megan LOFT Outlet Norfolk Premium Outlets Prep & Cook Time: Very Quick INGREDIENTS 1 bunch of broccoli, chopped 1/2 small red onion, chopped 1 lb bacon crumbled 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar 16 oz. of curly pasta 1 cup of sugar 2 cups of Miracle Whip DIRECTIONS • Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, cheese and pasta - in seperate bowl • Prepare dressing by combining sugar, Miracle Whip, and red wine vinegar • Pour over salad 8

TEXAS CAVIAR Submitted By: Lucie Ann Taylor Factory El Paso Outlets Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 30 - 45 Minutes INGREDIENTS Two 14 oz. cans of black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained 15.5 oz. can of white hominy, rinsed and drained 15 oz. cans of black beans, rinsed and drained 4 medium roma tomatoes, chopped 1 medium bell pepper, chopped 3 jalepeno peppers, chopped 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 red onion, diced 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped 2 garlic cloved, minced 1 (16 oz.) bottle of italian dressing Tostada chips DIRECTIONS • Prepare vegetables • Rinse and drain beans • Mix vegetables and beans together • Pour dressing over mix • Cover and refrigerarte for two hours to allow flavors to blend. • Drain (optional) & serve with tostadas! 9

LEMONY TURMERIC TEA CAKE Submitted By: Emily C. LOFT Dulles Center Prep Time: 15-20 Minutes Cook Time: 50-60 Minutes Bake at 350°F INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. kosher salt 3/4 tsp. ground tumeric 1 cup & 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. fine grated lemon zest 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 3/4 cup of sour cream 2 large eggs 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted) 1/2 lemon thinly sliced Whipped cream (optional) DIRECTIONS • Lightly grease 9x4 loaf pan & line with parchment • Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and tumeric (in a medium bowl) • Combine 1 cup of sugar and lemon zest in a large bowl & rub together until fragrant • Whisk in sour cream, eggs, lemon juice until well blended • Add wet mix to a flour mix and stir • Fold in butter than pour into load pan and top with sliced lemons • Add 2 tbsp. sugar • Bake & Enjoy! 10

Cook Time: Ann Taylor 30 Minutes CHEF TIP: Chandler Fashion Center P.S. to add an extra bit of holiday garnish INGREDIENTS with Maraschino cherries 1 large pack of lime Jell-O 1/2 bag of small marshmellow 1 cup of milk 8 oz. of Philly cream cheese 1 cup of cold water 1 can of crush pineapple (drained) 1 cup of walnuts 1 cup of Coolwhip DIRECTIONS • Melt marshmellows and mix 1 cup of milk together • Pour hot mixture over large package of lime Jell-O • Stir until dissolved, then stir in 8 ox. of softened cream cheese in a mixer • Add cold water and crushed pinapple, cool in fridge for 10 minutes • When slightly set, whip with cool whip and walnuts • Pop in fridge add more cool whip to the top and garnish with walnuts JELL-O POPCORN Submitted By: Mary M. Prep & Cook Time: LOFT Outlet Very Quick @Howell Outlet INGREDIENTS 1 bag of popcorn 6 tbsp. oil 6 tbsp. melted butter 8 tbsp. Jell-O (any flavor! My favorite is raspberry) DIRECTIONS • Stir Jell-O into melted butter and oil • Cook over low heat until Jell-O disolves • After two minutes, pour over popcorn and shake in paper bag 11

SPICY CITRUS Submitted By: Maribel Prep Time: 10 minutes CRANBERRY RELISH Ann Taylor Factory Cook Time: 4 hours to chill El Paso Outlets INGREDIENTS Froz.en cranberries 3/4 cup of granulated sugar 1 small jalepeno 1/4 cup of flat-leaf parsley 2 tbsp. of fresh orange juice 1 tsp. of grated lime zest DIRECTIONS • Process all ingredients in food processor until mixture is chopped and sugar has dissolved, takes about 30 seconds. • Transfer to a bowl • Cover, and chill for at least 4 hours • Serve! (Store covered) SUPER EASY Submitted By: Amy F. Cook Time: PISTACHIO + DRIED Ann Taylor 30 minutes CHERRY SUGAR COOKIES Chandler Fashion Center INGREDIENTS 1 package: Pillsbury Surgar Cookie Dough 1/2-3/4 cup of pistachios 1/2-3/4 cup of dried cherries 1/2 bag of white chocolate chips DIRECTIONS • Mix pistachios and cherries into the dough • Bake according to package directions • When cooled, dip half the cookie into melted white chocolate • Cool & Enjoy! 12

BISCOCHOS Submitted By: Noreen Cook Time: Ann Taylor Factory 8-10 Minutes El Paso Outlets INGREDIENTS 6 cups of flour Coating: 1 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of sugar 2 tbsp. of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of 1 pound of lard cinnamon 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 egg 1 1/2 cups of sugar 2 tbsp. of anise 1/2 cup of orange juice 1 tablespoon of vanilla Cinnamon Sugar DIRECTIONS • Preheat oven to 350°F • In a bowl, cream the lard until it’s smooth • Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon • Add anise and knead the dough • If too sticky, add flour • Use cookie press with design GOURMET INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS NUT TORTE Base: • Beat the egg whites until stiff Submitted By: Kristen E. 50 Ritz Crackers • Gradually beat in the sugar Ann Taylor 1 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts • Fold in crackers and nuts Chandler Fashion Center 6 egg whites • Pour into 13x9 buttered pan 1 1/2 cup of sugar • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes Prep Time: 20 Minutes • When cool, put whipped cream Cook Time: 30 Minutes Topping: 1 pint of whipped cream with two topping on immediately tsp. of powered sugar 1 tsp. of vanilla • Refridgerate for a few hours A sprinkle of nuts on top before serving • Enjoy! 13
