To open Digital Gujarat Web Portal go to the URL : http://www.digitalgujarat.gov.inand select city by clicking on city name or by entering city name in search box. Click on“Go” button. 4

After clicking on Go button, Citizen can see the Home Screen of Digital Gujarat Portal asshown below

Click on Login link which is displayed on top right corner side of Home Screen. Loginscreen look like this. If Citizen is already registered with this portal he/she can directlylogin Otherwise Click on “Click For New Registration (Citizen)” button.

After clicking on “Click For New Registration (Citizen)” button. Citizen can see thescreen for Online Registration

Enter Aadhaar no and click on “Get Aadhaar Details” button. Fill data like DoB, Name,Mobile No, Email & Password. Then click on “Save” button

Citizen will get an OTP via SMS on his/her mobile no. provided in registration page.Enter OTP in Confirmation Code box as displayed below & Click on “Confirm” button.

The next screen will appear (Second stage of Registration),

Citizen have to enter data like First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Taluka, Address.Upload photo with extension of .jpg/.jpeg. Then click on “Update” button. Oncompletion of this stage citizen will redirects to Citizen Dashboard Screen.

Citizen Dashboard screen looks like this.

Click on “My Profile” link which is displayed on Citizen Dashboard Screen. Fill requireddetails in Citizen Profile Page & Click on “Update Profile” button. Pop-up message willappear for the Successful Profile Update.

From Citizen Dashboard Screen, Click on “Request a New Service” link

The list of Services (28-Online Services) offered by Common Service Portal will appearby clicking on “Request a New Service” link.

Citizen can apply for any service listed in below screen or just type service name inSearch box and click on Go button. i.e. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate Service.

When you select Non-Creamy Layer service, the following screen will be displayed.

Citizen can see the list of documents required to avail the Non-Creamy Layer service.Click on “Continue to Service” button

The next screen will show citizen’s service “Request ID” & “Application No.” Click on“Continue” button.

Here, citizen profile details will be directly fetched from Citizen Profile page. Click on“Next” button.

Here, citizen have to enter mentioned details w.r.t. selected service. Click on “Next”button.

Screen for uploading the supportive documents for the service will appear as shownbelow.

Here citizen have to attach copy of all the supporting documents mentioned in theform. i.e. Resident Proof, Identity Proof, Income Proof, Caste Proof, Relationship Proof.

Mark checkbox of declaration. Then Click on “Submit” button

Citizen can upload supportive documents directly in digital locker. Digital Locker screenlooks like this. Select Document Group; Select Document; Enter Document Number &Browse Document File. Then click on upload. Do this for each document. (NOTE: Bydefault document status will be appear as “Not Verified”)

Now, citizen can see the application status as “Detail Entry Done by Citizen”. Citizen canpay service charge by clicking on “Make Payment” link.

Citizen have two option for payment as mentioned below screen. He/she can payonline or directly by visiting at nearest Jan Seva Kendra.

If citizen wants pay online, Then he/she have to select e-Payment (Online Gateway).The following screen will appear. Click on “Show” button and select service deliveryoption(By Self/By Post). Then click on “Pay” button.

Now, citizen can see the status of his/her application status.

Click on “Print Request Form” link on service request page. Form will open in another tabof browser. Print form. Go to nearest Jan Seva Kendra by taking this form & one photoidentity proof for Profile & Document Verification Process



ATVT/JSK operator have to login by clicking on Login link fromhttps://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in . SSO Login screen will appear like this. Enterusername/password provided by District NIC Office.

Operator Dashboard Screen looks like this.Application Menu: For counter base service (Like old ATVT portal)Citizen Menu: For Online service

When any citizen comes at Jan Seva Kendra for Profile & Document Verification thenoperator have to Click on Citizen Menu in his/her login & Select “Citizen ApplicationReceive”

Enter Request ID (which is provided by citizen) in text box and click on “Show” button.Mark check box and click on “Receive” button. Now, office have received citizen’sonline application successfully.

Pop-up message will appear on successful receive of citizen’s application & Citizen willget Confirmation SMS for that.

When operator click on “OK” button in pop-up message box, Receipt of Payment willbe shown as below.

After receiving citizen’s application, operator have to click on “Citizen ApplicationDetail” menu to send application to higher authority (Dy.Mam/TDO/ATDO) for furtherprocess.

Citizen Application Detail screen will looks like this. Operator have to click on “DetailsEntry” link to see the details of citizen & to send application to higher authority.

Suppose, operator click on Detail Entry for Non-Creamy Layer Certificate Service thenfollowing screen will appear. Select application number from combo box. Details ofcitizen’s application will be shown as below.

Enter comments if any. Click on “Send To Higher Authority” button. Now applicationwill goes to higher authority login for profile and supporting document verification.(NOTE: For profile & document verification it is not necessary that citizen have to applyfor any service. He / She can verify his/her profile & document without applyingservice. The profile of those Citizens shall be auto validated who have registered at CSPwith the Aadhaar no)



ATVT/JSK Dy.Mamlatdar/TDO/ATDO have to login by clicking on Login link fromhttps://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in . SSO Login screen will appear like this. Enterusername/password provided by District NIC Office.

Dy. Mamlatdar have to click on “Profile Approval” menu to verify profile of citizen.

In profile approval page, enter Email ID/Mobile Number/Aadhaar Number provided bycitizen and click on “Show Details” button.

Now, citizen profile details will be appear as shown below screen. Mark on “Check toApprove” checkbox to approve citizen detail.

After marking all the checkboxes, click on “Approve Profile” button. Citizen will get anSMS for Successful Approval of Profile.

Dy.Mamlatdar have to click on “Document Approval” menu to approve /reject citizendocuments. By entering Email ID/Mobile No./Aadhaar Number, screen will show thelist of documents uploaded by citizen. View document by click on “Download” link &mark checkbox to approve that document.

Dy. Mam have to click on “Citizen Application Detail” to Approve (Recommended) /Reject (Not-Recommended) / View Verified Profile of Citizen / View ApprovedDocuments.

Click on “Detail Entry” link for any service listed below. Select application number fromselect box. Now Dy. Mamlatdar can view the citizen’s service related information.
