BEARUVRALESCRHOTOLSON WELCOME HOME. AN INVITATION TO APPLY FOR SUPERINTENDENT

IN BEAVERTON, SUCCESS IS A GROUP PROJECT.

IN BEAVERTON, In life, in business, and especially in education, it all starts with people. We value people in Beaverton, and our guiding principle when it comes to our schools is straightforward: We’re better together than we could ever be apart. Whether it’s our highly-qualified instructional staff or our incomparable community stakeholders, people in Beaverton thrive and succeed because they work together. We’ve labored to build a safe, caring learning environment for our students and staff, allowing us to focus on what matters most - strong ongoing program development and top-notch academic opportunities for kids. We’ve taken our share of knocks - maybe even a little more than our share. Like every school district, we fight against declining enrollment, uncertain state funding and all the other factors that make the jobs we love more difficult. But here’s the thing: We expect a lot out of ourselves and each other, and we’re steadfast in the belief that struggles make us stronger, that we learn how to improve during times of trouble, and that we can handle anything that gets thrown our way, if we face it together. That’s just Beaverton. If it sounds like Beaverton is a great place to live, work and play, your ears aren’t deceiving you. It truly is. The question is: Would you like to join us?
