But we still need to use it in proper operation to keep ,the long life time of battery. ' Replace battery (2) !Abnormal vibration or shock is not allowed. (3) IDo insulate when installation. Failure recovery (4) !Make the batteries ventilated and gapped. (5) IDo not mixed up different brand and different manufacturing date batteries. (6) Separate the batteries from organic solvent. Q The Ambient Temperature Amlbient temperature is an important factor for the battery operation. When the temperature is too high, battery plate corrrosion will be increased, meanwhile absorbing more moisture. When the temperature is too low, the battery will not be full charged. All these factors will affect the battery life. Therefore we suggest the working temperature is around 25°C. O The Charge and Discharge Current ................................................................................................................................................... Batttery charge and discharge current uses the concept C, the actual value of C is related to the capacity of the battery. For example, .a lOOAH battery: lC=lOOA. Charging current rate is around O.lC; not larger than 0.3C. Discharge current is bet,ween in the range of 0.05-3C. U, Ch,arging Voltage After the battery is full charged, the float voltage is around 13.7V. If the charging voltage is too high, the battery is oveircharged, otherwise the battery is not charged fully. Charging voltage is abnormal, it may be caused by the battery cornfiguration error, or controller failure. Do not choose the bad quality controller. O The Depth Of Discharge (DOD) DOID is also an important factor for the battery lifetime. Deeper of battery discharge, fewer cycle times of battery. So !battery should avoided from deep discharge. fD Regular Maintenance Batttery should be regular checked in every period after used. Such as check its outlook, measuring the average voltage of each battery, etc. Charge the battery to full at the first use or after long term storage.
