Late in February I dropped in to the Paerātā sales yard to take a quick look at the new release models ready for the Covi Motorhome Caravan & Outdoor Supershow in March. General Manager Shaun Newman spotted us out the window so came out for a catch up – of course the Covid-19 2020 year of change was discussed. Here in Pukekohe, TrailLite was on this roll- er-coaster ride as much as anyone, along with over 90 employees across the country, a sales centre and service centre in both islands and a factory booked out a year ahead for new builds as of that March 2020 period. On March 25 the future became uncertain and throughout April the world watched to see how this situation was going to pan out.
