In the Spring of 2017, Action Mailers and The Fidelis Group agreed to create a joint venture that has resulted in the formation of Action Fidelis Direct (AFD). It took only a few discussions for both companies to recognize the additional opportunities that would be created by leveraging a variety of complementary products and services. The Fidelis Group, in business since 2001, is a full-service direct marketing provider. In addition to 24 inserting machines at its Little Ferry, NJ headquarters, Fidelis also offers commercial printing of forms and envelopes, and four color digital printing under the same roof. Action Mailers, located in Aston, PA and founded in 1972 is a leading provider of lettershop services and digital inkjet printing. Action has 38 inserting machines and a wide array of capabilities such as card affixing, coin affixing, match mailings (up to a 7-way match) and other proprietary premium inserting processes.
