To hide or unhide col- umns follow these steps. a Open applicants list. b Click on “Columns” button at the top of the screen. c Click on column names to hide or unhide them. 6 User Manual

How to User Manual version 1.0 blacklist a student? User Manual 7 ■ Only center coordinators can blacklist a student. Follow these steps to blacklist a student: a Open class list. b Click on the class code of the student. c Find the student and click on blacklist icon. d Enter the reason for which student is being blacklisted and click “Block”. Note: Blacklisted students will be automatically removed from class and center coordinators won’t be able to enroll them unless they are removed from blacklist.

User Manual version 1.0 How to set a temporary password for a teacher? ■ Center coordinators can set temporary passwords for substitute teachers. Substitute teachers will login using the temporary password and take attendance. The hours covered by substitute teacher will be added to his salary account. a Open teachers list. b Click on temporary password icon. - c Set a validation time for temporary password and click Set. Note 1: A temporary password can be set only for the current day. Note 2: Teacher won’t be able to sign in to his account until temporary password validation time is expired. 12 User Manual
