MESSAGE FROM Gareth Good morning, Tigers! I'd like to begin by saying how proud I am of all of you. While we may have seen an unprecedented challenge with the major equipment issues, CO2 quality issues, and the sugar crisis, it’s heartwarming to see how everyone responded. Our Tigers, whether they’re from the sell or help sell teams, went above and beyond to make sure we kept the lights on. Everyone supported each other, found solutions together to ensure that we came out of it even better than before. And despite all of this, we've had plenty of reasons to celebrate as we’ve got plenty of recognition, both internal and external, that serves as a testament that we are on the right track! Your passion, commitment, and dedication has never wavered and it is what gives me Tconfidence, and is my reason to believe that our best and brightest days remain truly ahead of us. I have no doubt that you, our Tigers, will make CCBPI bounce back and reach even greater heights than before! Rest assured that me and the entire leadership team will always be here to support all of you. So again, thank you for all the hard work! And please extend my gratitude to your families who I know play a very important role in supporting you to be the best you can be every day. Last stretch now, Tigers! Let’s end the year strong and start 2023 even stronger! With admiration and appreciation, Gareth

FROM OUR LEADERS Richard Never forget that before all challenges, we were on a winning trajectory. And I’m confident that when we rally together, we will bring out the best of each other, and get back to winning. Business will bounce back across all our channels, we will continue to win new accounts, establish new business models and improve our routines. 2023 is right around the corner, and it will be a new year of opportunities for us to sell, help sell and to learn. Maraming Salamat and looking forward to our bigger and brighter future. CCBPI continues to go beyond limitations and challenges every Oscar day, and this doesn’t go unnoticed. We have been recognized as part of Asia’s Best Workplaces™ in 2022! Truly, an extraordinary achievement that is only possible because of all your hard work. Allow me to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of you! Despite this recognition, we continue to work toward being a great workplace driven by a People-First Culture not just in Asia but across the globe. We’ve done plenty, but we have a lot more to do! Despite all the challenges we are facing, the Supply Chain team – as we always do – come out stronger and is even more fired up than ever to hit the ground running. We are committed to doing everything we can to sustain our growth, especially now that we are gearing up to end the year strong! You can count on us to have your back! A ndrea We recently presented in the Global Candler Cup. For us to make it to the finals, meant that we had to win the competition at the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit Level. Congratulations Tigers! What we have achieved is monumental… this is the 3rd straight year for us where we got recognized for being one of the best, if not the best bottler in the world. 2019 we won the Global Candler Cup, 2020 we won the ASEAN Cup, and this 2021 we won in ASP, and once again made it to the global stage. More than the recognition, I think this year more than ever Candler should also serve as a reminder to all of us… we have done well and we will continue to do well. Our foundation is strong and proven, and what we face today are temporary setbacks. We are a winning team, and our 1B dream remains. Meet Beat Repeat The “Tulong Sulong sa Pag-aaral” Program has shown what the Winnie Tiger Spirit is all about. Putting our #peoplefirst and showing #malasakit to each other have always been in our DNA. We are grateful to the many Tigers who volunteered to diagnose, setup and give away PCs to our frontliner / parent associates so they can bring home computers to their kids and help in their education. This is just one of the many ways where Technology can become a powerful ally for a more sustainable future for CCBPI. On the other hand, our continued enterprise transformation ensures that we are able to address the gaps from where we are today to where we want to be. Let us not wait for the change to happen, let us lead it! We will not stop until we are proud! PetValue Philippines, our state-of-the-art bottle-to-bottle recycling facility is already up and running! What an exciting time, not only for CCBPI, but also for the communities we have been supporting. This facility is one of our biggest steps toward our collective effort of sustainability, environmental protection, and generating more livelihood. You should all be proud of this amazing achievement! JT The Legal Team is dedicated to supporting all our sell and Terenc help sell teams, striving to go beyond good and be more accessible to every associate. Our roadshows and awareness programs are underway to make sure that we don’t leave anyone behind. e

Now fully operational, this PHP 2.28B multi-phased project aims to establish a circular economy for recyclable PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic packaging, as it employs the most advanced, world-class recycling technologies in the Philippines. Anchored on Coca-Cola's global World Without Waste vision—to collect and recycle, by 2030, the equivalent of every bottle and can that it sells—PETValue seeks to produce more sustainable packaging innovations to help improve the collection and recycling rates of PET plastic bottles: packaging that is 100% recyclable and therefore should be given limitless life within a circular economy. An industry-leading initiative, PETValue has been granted pioneer status by the Philippines’ Board of Investments (BOI) in 2020. The BOI grants pioneer status to projects involving manufacturing or processing activities that have not been produced in the country on a commercial scale or which uses a system of transforming raw materials using new technologies, among other qualifications. Established in General Trias, Cavite and launching its operations this 2022, PETValue’s projected capacity—the amount of used plastic bottles it can process annually—is approximately 2 billion pieces of PET plastic bottles per year.

NOL Warriors Journey: BRIDGING THE GAP THROUGH EFFECTIVE BUSINESS REVIEW By Neil Dizon and Kino Villacorta As the country steadily shifted to the new normal, we also made sure to engage our customers again. These business reviews were led by our MTS and MTDs, guided by our MTAMS, giving them the chance to step up and lead! It’s also a great opportunity to foster continuous growth and development. PC Refresh By Geraldine Millena and Jeanne Villanueva The pandemic posted a lot of challenges for our PC Refresh initiatives. The low global supply for microchips back in 2020 and 2021 that led to a drop in global supply of computers due to lockdowns made it difficult to source the quantity of devices that were required for our refresh. But due to the hard work and sacrifices our Technology Services team and the good partnership and contracting we had with our partners in Lenovo, we were still able to meet our timeline for the PC Refresh for 2022 to support our CCBPI Tigers. This will be the first time that there will be no backlog items for our PC refresh in the last 7 years, with 1,286 laptops and 1,016 desktops distributed from November 2021 to August 2022, despite the lockdowns, logistics, and supplier constraints. The new laptops are 42% faster than our previous laptops, while desktops should be 18% faster, which should help our associates be more effective and efficient in their day-to-day tasks. The icing on the cake is that associates don’t have to wait another 7 years before the next refresh as we have contracted our partner vendor to renew every 35 months! We hope everyone is happy with their new PCs, and we hope you take care of your devices until the next refresh!

SENSORY AT THE FOREFRONT OF QUALITY By Anna Therese Ofilas A proficient sensory panel is one of the significant controls we have in place in our quality assurance system. In fact, CCBPI's robust and reliable sensory program played a key role in addressing quality issues that came with the recent challenges in CO2 supply. Upon intercepting deliveries of CO2 batches with off odor, our Quality Team proactively took steps to address the issue by attacking the problem at the source. Armed with an arsenal of trained senses, QA Team Leaders and Analysts from Sta. Rosa and Canlubang plants led by Support Center QA went to several CO2 supplier sites to perform sensory tests on their produced batches before deployment to plants. The visits also enabled the CCBPI and OU to assess gaps in their production and testing processes. We also conducted New Leaders Assimilation wherein associates get to engage and know their team leaders better, ensuring that everyone is working as a team and in sync. The main objective of the activity is to align them with the plant’s objectives, understanding also each other’s needs and expectations.

In one of the scheduled activities during non-production days, associates were deployed to conduct cleaning of canals at the rear bottling area of the three production lines. Associates taking over deep cleaning activities have been instrumental in helping the business cut down on non-company resource labor costs, especially during this time. On the supposed last production day of Calasiao plant for August, the plant leadership team gathered all manufacturing team leaders for a direction and expectation alignment. It was a room full of hope as they faced the realities of the sugar situation and navigated through what the future has in store for the team. The leaders also addressed our frontline associates on the activities to be carried-out during non-production days including roles needed to ensure business continuity. To ensure that the plant’s only running line is in top shape, production team leaders took the lead as they conducted deep cleaning activities, together with the operators, at the Line 3 case packer area.

MANUFACTURING Emerging better and stronger! A few of our Manufacturing Tigers had some personal stories to share as well! Julio Belad Bernabe I’m Julio Belad Bernabe, “Piolo Pascual” as my friends call me. I’ve been with Coke since 2008 Bottling Line Crew and I’m a Bottling Line Crew here in Ilagan Plant since April 2021 and a father of two. When we heard about the closure of Imus Plant, all I could think about was the many years that made it my second home. Transferring to Ilagan plant was difficult since it's quite far but since I arrived, my colleagues welcomed me as if I had spent a lifetime here already! The only adjustment I had to make was my travel to go back home When the sugar crisis happened, I thought this was time to repay CCBPI for always doing right by us. To help, \"pagkakamada\" became a regular thing for me, and a mop and squeegee became tools for me. Through thick and thin, my heart belongs to CCBPI. There is no other company in the world that their secret ingredient are the employees. The integrity and quality of a Faustino Aguillon Jr. company rests on their employees. From the top management all the Production Operator way to the rank and file, including union members like me. I started leading the United Coca-Cola Workers Union (UCCW) (IBM-KMU) Imus Plant last 2008. Because of the sincerity and transparency between management and union, communication has always remained open, and work has always flowed smoothly. And while there were many changes over the years, especially with our ongoing crisis, I am confident that both management and union will continue to work together to find win-win solutions.

TIGER FEATURE I’m Shery Anne Galvez and I’m a Logistics Manager for the Cavite Cluster. I’ve been with CCBPI for 10 years. The most memorable moment with CCBPI is the merging of TRCI to CCPBI, that day was the most dream of me and my fellow TRCI. This journey begins my career growth with the help of my mentors. To hit our 1B ambition, I commit to create new ideas, and implement projects that will help the entire organization; simplifying tasks to improve our efficiency! My advice to my fellow tigers, is be grateful for what you have right now. Don’t stop dreaming and you will achieve your goal. Also, don’t forget to be collaborative. We need each other to hit our 1B dream! Shery Anne Galvez Logistics Manager, Cavite Cluster I am Mark Anthony Edaño, a Bank Services Manager for CCBPI. I have Mark Edaño been here for six years and eight months. I cannot name one specific memorable moment when it comes to my stay here in the company, as Bank Services Manager it has and continues to be a collection of challenges, triumphs, and friends that I will cherish for life. In order to make sure we hit our 1B ambition, I help sell by providing our customers channels to make their payments to CCBPI secure and convenient. I ensure that all payments to our associates, shareholders, suppliers, and the government are on time. I get the most value-adding and cost-efficient services from our partner banks and financial institutions and protect our most liquid asset–cash. I ensure to collaborate with other functions to support initiatives geared towards process automation and efficiency. My advice for my fellow tigers is to remember that every day is a brand-new opportunity to do what we do best. Let us show our appreciation to each other’s hard work by bringing our best selves to work.
