ONLINE GAMES: GOOD OR BAD? Essay “Online games: wolf disguised as a sheep” is a perfect way to describe the lives of teenagers and adults in the modern world. The addiction and obsessive manner found in people who play online games is the main reason why we can address online games as something that comes like a fox disguised as a sheep. Kids these days are overly preoccupied with technology. No matter how young they are, they always have the knack for technologies as being born into generation Z. Parents are responsible for this too. They provide youngsters with something that can almost ruin their lives if not used wisely. Kids can be possessed with technologies as they are not mature enough and it’s the duty of the elders to make them understand the pros and cons about it. Unfortunately adults these days are also seen as obsessed with technology as kids.

The new generation inventing and using technologies are a great help for humanity. But when they don’t do it right, it leads to the invention of stuff that adversely affects online games. In the modern world, it’s not that hard for newly discovered items to spread and be known by the world. Online games are a major source of addiction found mainly in teenagers. Playing online games can prevent us from doing our responsibilities and is a waste of time. Kids are ruining their future by spending their time in front of PCs. They may not realize this, but it can affect them in various ways People playing online games lose a sense of responsibilities and a connection to the social world, their behaviors change due to the obsessive factor that’s leading them. They give their all in these games and start to forget about what’s happening outside their small digital world. 3D shooting games and war faced games may create different scenarios for them in real life. The interaction with other gaming obsessed people may lead you to an easier way of getting addicted to those online gaming platforms. These things actually contribute to the unfortunate future of online games addicted children. Online games affect mentally due to the solidarity during gaming. It results in a lack of hobbies and poor academic performance. It’s scientifically proven that online game addiction may also lead to slowing down the brain growth in the case of small children and teenagers.

Talking about online games, it doesn’t only affect in a bad way, but can be used for good if used wisely; it’s a source of development and increases memory along with concentration and multi-tasking. These can be a benefit from playing online games if kids aren’t too addicted to the platform. As long as you can set a limit in your daily life and then do online games may actually contribute for your sake. Online games can be seen as a simple go to thing for when you are bored but once starting to get all addicted to gaming can surely have an unfavorable result. It can be something that you do during your breaks or free time, but as you let it out of hand, it becomes that obsessive factor which leads to so many mental and physical problems. Playing games, whether online or offline is all right and it can be your go to item for stress relief or happiness source as long as you know how to keep it as how you started with it. Even though it may be hard at first to suddenly stop gaming or getting out of the obsession, looking for advice from adults and practicing time management may actually help you. Getting addicted to gaming is normal but it’s something that comes easy, but becomes really hard to put it off. Find a different hobby, realize your dreams and try to bring down the possession for a better and healthy life By Team Member:- Reeha Fathima

This Summer Camp was challenging but a lot of fun. The events were very unique unlike other summer camps . The group events was different due to the team efforts. We learned a lot about each other during Film Review and Interview with Personalities. It was a really nice opportunity to lead Team White. By Team Leader:- Areeta Rishi On the first day of the summer camp, seeing how smart and talented everyone were, I was kind of nervous if I could perform well and get along with everyone and at the same I was really excited seeing all the activities we had. As I expected it was fun. Especially being the coordinator of a team I wasn't really ready for it but because of the support I got from my team I made it. I learned many things throughout this camp. It helped me in many ways like exploring myself. I'm really happy that we'll get to meet next year too with the same team...I can't wait!! By Team Coordinator:- Riya
