Investment Options The available investment categories under the Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP) entails: COVID-19 RELIEF BOND The creation of this special COVID-19 Relief Bond starting at $250,000 is a non-interest-bearing government bond to which no processing fee is payable by the Applicant. An administrative fee of $30,000 is payable by the applicant once citizenship is granted. This bond option is available for a limited time up to Dec 31st, 2020. NATIONAL ECONOMIC FUND (NEF) This is a special fund established under section 33 of the CIP Act for the sole purpose of receiving qualifying investments of cash for funding government sponsored projects. Once Funding is approved, the following minimum investment is required: Sole Applicant $100,000 Applicant with spouse $140,000 Applicant with spouse and up to 2 qualifying dependents $150,000 Each additional qualifying dependent, of any age $25,000 Each qualifying dependent in addition to a family of 4 (family includes a spouse) $15,000 ADD-ON OF QUALIFYING DEPENDENTS OF A CITIZEN Newborn child of a citizen who is 12 months of age & below $500 Spouse of a citizen $35,000 Qualifying dependent of a citizen other than a spouse $25,000 Note: All options above, attracts non-refundable consultancy, processing, due diligence & administrative fees where neccesary.
