MINUTES 1. Secretary Madhumita put the collar to President and Joint Executive Committee Meeting – 2022-23 and 2023-24 is called to Order by President Archana. 2. Club ISO Sanchita conducted the Inner Wheel Prayer. 3. President Archana addressed the gathering and welcomed all. She expressed her gratitude to each and every one for their love, cooperation and support in her tenure. 4. Apologies for Absence by Secretary – No apologies were received. 5. Roll Call by Secretary Madhumita – 13 members were present. 100% Attendance. 6. Confirmation of Minutes of Previous Meeting proposed by President Archana and seconded by PP Ira Bandopadhyay. 7. Matters arising – None reported. 8. Treasurer Report – Audit Report of 2022-23 was read out and circulated by Treasurer. Admin. A/C opening balance – Cash – Rs. 13,870/- and Bank – Rs 14,585/-. Charity A/C – opening balance – Cash Rs. 5,807/- and Bank Rs. 7,505/-. Treasurer 2023-24 Nilima Prakash read out Proposed Budget 2023-24 which was circulated and passed by majority. 9. Financial Resolutions were proposed by new team and passed by majority are - Capitation Fee will be Rs 5,000/- as it is decided to be increased by Rs. 1,000/- only. It will be effective from 1st July’ 23. Administrative & Charity A/C will be continued at Union Bank of India. Auditor appointed for IW year 2023-24 is M/S Narayan Sharma & Associates. 10.Incoming President Sampa & Secretary Sanchita informed about all the correspondences received from IIW, Association, District and other Clubs From District Chairman’s Desk Membership Form, Format of Letter Head & Club Banner. Agenda of Executive & G B Meeting. 11. Handover by Club Officers All Club officers handover their respective files to the incoming office bearer.

12.Project Planning – Will be decided as per goal & budget. 13.Any other matter with the permission of the Chair – Club Secretary Sanchita discussed the planning for installation. 14. Roll Call by Club Secretary – 11 out of 13 Members were present. 85% Attendance. 6. Confirmation of Minutes of Joint EC Meeting – 2022-23 & 24 .PP Rama Khanna approved the previous Minutes of Joint EC Meeting on 30th June at PP Nilima’s place, seconded by PP Vinita Jha. 7. Matters arising if any – None Reported. 8. Treasurer’s Report – Treasurer 2023-24 Nilima Prakash read out her report and discussed financial matters. She is collecting Capitation Fees from all and preparing to send District dues. 9. Important Financial Resolutions – None in particular. 10.President and Secretary informed all the correspondences received from IIW, Association, District and other Clubs. From District Chairman’s Desk 6th July 23- REPORT PRO-FORMA. 9th July 23- Association Goal of 2023-24 & names of each vertical’s Chairman of 325. 10th July 23 – Monthly Tentative focus areas of different vertical’s of goal, TRAIL – BLAZER. 21ST July 23 – About National Webinar. 11.Reports by Club Officers i) President Sampa Upadhyay – Planned some vocational training for women. ii) Secretary – Projects done in Club 1st July 23 – Doctor’s Day/ C A Day at their residence. 5th July 23 – Plantation at Red Rose School, Mango. iii) ISO Anjubala shared all ISO Competitions in details. iv) Editor Sonali – shared the number of Press Releases done till date.
