MINUTES 1. 135th GBM & 12thAnnual GB Meeting called to order by 2022-2023 President Archana. 2. Club ISO Sanchita recited the Inner Wheel prayer. 3. President Archana welcomed all .She expressed her gratitude to each and every one for their love, cooperation and support in her tenure. She congratulated all the office bearers of 2022-23 and wished them a wonderful Inner Wheel year. 4. Apologies for absence… Poonam Verma was not able to attend the meeting due to some personal reason. 5. Roll call by Secretary Madhumita. 10 members were present out of 30. 33.33% Attendance. 6. Confirmation of previous Minutes of 134th GBM (Previous meeting) proposed by President Archana and seconded by Vice President Sampa Upadhyay. 7. Matters arising- None reported. 8. Treasurer2022-23 Nilima Prakash read out the account details with balance Admin A/C Cash- Rs.13,870/- & Bank-Rs.14,585/- Charity A/C Cash Rs.5807/-& Bank Rs.7505/- Sent all detailed financial documents to Auditor. 9. Important Financial Resolutions were read out by Treasurer 2022-23. a) Capitation Fee will be Rs.5000/- as it is decided to be increased by Rs.1000/- only. It will be effective from 1st July’23. b) Administrative and Charity A/C will be continued at Union Bank of India. c) Auditor appointed for IW year 2023-24 is M/S Narayan Sharma & Associates and proposed Budget 2023-24 10.Incoming President Sampa and Secretary Sanchita informed about all the correspondences received from IIW, Association, District and other Clubs.

From District Chairman’s Desk Membership Form, Format of Letter Head and Club Banner Agenda of Exec. and GB Meeting 24th June’23 - PRE-COTI SESSION District Assembly RAKSHITA 1st & 2nd July at Muzaffarpur –District Chairman’s Installation Plantation, Felicitation of Doctors on Doctor’s Day and C.A.on Chartered Accountant Day. 11 .Reports by Club Officers– All club officers circulated their annual reports which was sent to district. 12. President 2022-23 Archana successfully executed 110 projects. She mentioned specially the mega joint project of presenting An Inner Wheel Forest. It was a farewell project of D.C Dr.Rita Jha on the eve of Environment Day, in which 44 clubs and 14 CGRs participated. 13. Project Planning and discussion on PLANTATION & DOCTORS’ DAY Celebration. 14. President 2022-23 Archana and Secretary2022-23 Madhumita elaborated the District Award Function (2022-23 )RAKSHITA on 1st & 2nd July in Muzaffarpur and requested all to join. President 2022-23 Archana informed all the members present about AP Installation on 18th June at Gurgaon. 15. Planning and discussion for 13th Installation… Date decided 30th July, Chief Guest Dr.Rita Jha, Dress code Black and venue Hotel Ramada. 16. Vote of thanks was proposed by Vice- President (2022-23) Sampa Upadhyay. She thanked one and all. 17 .National Anthem was sung by one and all. 18. 135th GBM & 12th Annual GB Meeting was adjourned by President Archana. MINUTES 1.13th Installation Ceremony was conducted by Dr.Neelam Sinha .She welcomed every participant and all our guest. Guests were welcomed with a potted green plant and eco- friendly diyas. 136th GBM & 13th Installation Session Called to Order by President 2022-23 Archana 2. Inner Wheel Prayer sung by ISO 2022-23 Sanchita Dey and accompanied by all the members present. 3. Lighting of the Lamp was done by our Chief Guest AC member Dr. Rita Jha, District ESO Alokananda Bakshi, District ISO Nibha Mishra, CGR Manju Sinha, CGR Neeta Narayan, outgoing President and Secretary and Incoming President & Secretary. Saraswati Vandana was sung by our member Vijaya Gokhale and all the arrangements of Lamp lit was done by our 2022-23 President Archana and 2023-24 President Sampa Upadhyay. 4. Outgoing President Archana addressed the gathering and welcomed all guests. 5. Outgoing Secretary Madhumita Sanyal presented the report for 2022-23 through PPT slides. 6. Outgoing President Archana acknowledged her team and Inner Wheel Friends. She also announced all the District Awards won by our Club. 7. PP Ira Bandopadhyay introduced 13th incoming President of our Club Sampa Upadhyay. 8. New President Sampa Upadhyay received the Collar, Charter and Lapel Pin from the Immediate Past President Archana. 9. President 2023-24 Sampa Upadhyay addressed the gathering and elaborate future projects to be done. 10. President Sampa Upadhyay introduced her new committee members for 2023-24 as IPP-Archana, Vice President – Madhumita Sanyal, Secretary - Sanchita Dey, Treasurer- Nilima Prakash, ISO- Anjubala and Editor- Sonali Mohanty.

Honor of giving Lapel Pin was done by Chief Guest AC Member Dr. Rita Jha. 11. Chief Guest AC Member Dr. Rita Jha released the Club E-Souvenir of 2022-23 12. PP Rekha Jha introduced our our Chief Guest AC Member Dr. Rita Jha. 13. Our Chief Guest AC Member Dr. Rita Jha addressed the gatherings. 14. Secretary Sanchita Dey detailed the projects done till date from 1st July and upcoming projects was also conveyed. Birthday Greetings were conveyed to PP Ira Bandopadhyay and PP Rekha Jha. 15. Vice President 2023-24 Madhumita Sanyal proposed a hearty vote of thanks. 16. MINUTES 1.137th GBM Called to Order by President Sampa Upadhyay. 2. Inner Wheel Prayer recited by ISO Anjubala and all the members. 3. President Sampa Upadhyay addressed the gathering and welcomed all. She congratulated all Office bearers of 2022-23 for the awards and accolades from District. She urged for full cooperation from each and every one for her tenure and lifelong. 4. Apology for Absence- None. 5. Roll call by Secretary- 10 out of 29 members were present. 35% Attendance. 6. Induction of new member- None. 9 .Confirmation of Minutes of 135th GBM &12th Annual GB Meeting of 2022-23 & 23-24 on 20th June at Golmuri Club. IPP Archana approved the previous Minutes, seconded by PP Rekha Jha. 10. Matter arising out of Minutes – No matters arising were brought up. 11 .Treasurer Nilima Prakash read out her report and discussed financial matters. Admin A/C opening balance- Cash –Rs. 13,870/- & Bank –Rs. 14,585/- Charity account – opening balance Cash-Rs. 5807/- & Bank-Rs. 7505/- 12. Important Financial Resolutions were proposed and passed in committee. Capitation Fee Rs.5000/- will be accepted in whole or installments of Rs.3000/- in July and rest amount in December’23 as per member’s wish. 13 .President and Secretary informed about all the correspondences received from IIW Association, Districts and other Clubs. From District Chairman’s Desk 18th June’23 Announcement of the Launch of Dynamic Website & Mobile Application by Association President (2023-24) Preeti Gugnani. 24th June’23- Association & District Goals and Club Guidelines 1st July’23 District Directory & video of IIW Executive Members 24th June’23 received information from PAP Vasudha Chandrachud about East and South Zone Rally will be held in Mahabalipuram. 9th July’23 online Training Session for Presidents & Office Bearers .In this Session Inner Wheel India App was introduced to initiate Paperless Work.

19th July’23 Inter National Changeover from Zenaida Y. Farcon to Trish Douglas 6th July –Develop a park with playground for small children ( if your club funds allows), Plantation can be done on the road divider. Plant a number of Oxygen giving trees in Universities, Collages and School premises. Gift a sapling on every occasion of Inner Wheel. 14. Reports by Club Officers #Club President Sampa & Secretary Sanchita We started this year with District Assembly “Rakshita” for 2 days, where our 3 club members were present. Felicitation of 5 eminent doctors on Doctor’s Day with token of thanks. Felicitation of 2 Chartered Accountants on C.A Day with token of thanks. 16. Club Secretary Sanchita read out the upcoming projects and events 1st to 7th August to mark the world Breast Feeding Week. A Massive hoarding with message of Breast Feeding will be placed near a busiest road of Burmamines Golchakkar to attract the vision of every passerby. Awareness talk and distribution of leaflets in a large number with a message of WHO theme World Breast Feeding 2023. Circulation of Awareness talk videos by Social Influencers and Doctors in every digital media. A Bhajan Sandhya will be organized at “Aashirwad Old Age Home” Baradwari. “Yoga Competition” by ISO Anjubala among the deaf and dumb students of “Siddheshwar Deaf and Dumb School”. “Gou Sewa” at Kharangajhar Bastee. Some vocational training programs for young girls and women at Sidhgora colony. 17. Any other matter –
